President Trump visited U.S. military bases in Iraq for Christmas. Meanwhile back home, a panelist for MSNBC, Mieke Eoyang, attacked the President for his visit. Eoyang criticized Trump saying how he’d done it all backward. Eoyang previously stated that “Trump steals people’s dignity like the devil steals people’s souls.”
Other media outlets also reported Trump’s visit. The Associated Press declared that “Trump’s trip was shrouded in secrecy.” CBS News’ White House correspondent Mark Knoller noted that it’s customary for such a trip not to be “advertised” calling it a “highly secretive movement.” A report from NBC on Christmas Day, however, got it all wrong! They initially claimed Trump “broke from a recent tradition of actually visiting troops and wounded warriors. … By staying home on Tuesday, Trump became the first president since 2002 who didn’t visit military personnel around Christmastime.” Their findings came from a check of NBC logs. By Wednesday they had issued a correction to their errant reporting. Of course, they included that the trip was “highly secretive.”
Could it be that because the AP, MSNBC, and NBC were not included in the group of reporters that did go that this caused their schizoid reporting?
A presidential trip to Iraq is a highly secret movement. No advance notice to press other than press pool going along. Air Force One is boarded in privacy in hangar and departs under cover of darkness. All on board instructed to pull down window shades and surrender cell phones.

Perhaps their reporting is part of a schizoid personality disorder. What is more than likely the case, is that this is a combination of a severe bout of TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) and the leftist narrative that MUST be reported as part of the #RESIST and #Soros funded, movement.
