VIDEO: Zelensky Asks U.S. Congress For No-Fly Zone

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky delivered a virtual speech to U.S. Congress on Wednesday morning where he asked for support and again for a no-fly zone.

Zelensky spoke for close to 20 minutes on the current war taking place in Ukraine with Russia while also invoking Pearl Harbor and 9/11.
