The US Supreme Court agreed to hear yet another case against former President Donald Trump this week. This time, it is the immunity case that Special Counsel Jack Smith brought where Trump was indicted for federal election interference.
The court will begin oral arguments for the case the week of April 22nd and is expected to deliver its verdict by the end of June. The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), led by constitutional attorney Jay Sekulow, is working on this case along with other related issues, such as the ACLJ’s case at the Supreme Court to preserve voting rights and Trump’s removal from the Illinois primary ballot.
Sekulow’s team discusses the significance of this win for President Trump and points out the timing of it to the 2024 presidential election against President Joe Biden and more.
