Vindication for Canadian Pastor Artur Pawlowski!

Canadian Pastor Artur Pawlowski scored a major victory late last week in a case against Alberta Health Services (AHS). Pastor Artur’s court case against charges filed against him for being fined, arrested, and jailed during Canada’s Covid-19 lockdown, which also restricted his freedom of speech, and religious freedom.

Rebel News reported last Friday that the Alberta Court of Appeal granted Artur Pawlowski and his brother, Dawid Pawlowski, appeals, striking down the contempt and sanction orders against the brothers and requiring the AHS to refund the fines paid by the brothers.

“The chambers judge awarded costs to AHS payable by the Pawlowski’s jointly in the amount of $15,733.50,” the Canadian Court’s decision stated. “That costs award is set aside, and the Pawlowski’s are awarded their costs payable by AHS in the proceedings below and in this Court calculated on the same basis.”

Earlier this year, Pastor Artur was jailed for weeks, reportedly spending 23 hours a day in solitary confinement at the Calgary Remand Centre after speaking to truckers with the Freedom Convoy during their protest at the U.S.-Canada border.

“He was placed in what he described as like a dog kennel, but it was like a cage, sort of like what you have in a police van; those really thin, small cages with very little air circulation. So he was placed in one of those for hours on end twice,” said Pawlowski’s son, Nathaniel Pawlowski.

“I can feel your prayers, and they keep me strong,” the Pastor said from jail. “God allows me to be here for a witness to the entire world, to show what happens when you kick God out of your nation. Lawlessness, injustice, abuse of power, and corruption creeped in.”

Pastor Artur also warned U.S. lawmakers that some governments were reminding him of communist Poland, which he fled when he was a young man.

The Polish-born Pastor gained worldwide recognition after having more than one video go viral last year and the year before.

In 2020, during holy week when even churches were in a global lockdown, Pastor Artur’s video of him sternly rebuking and kicking out local Police and Health officials of his church went viral.

In 2021, both Pastor Artur and his brother Dawid Pawlowski were arrested on a busy street just outside of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
