Trump Calls Out Dems As Government Shutdown Reaches Day 24
The last few days have seen President Trump voicing his frustration on Twitter at the fact the Democrats still haven’t come back to the negotiating table to end the government shutdown. In a flurry of tweets this morning, the President was fast to point out that he had been in Washington all weekend, while the Democrats were in Puerto Rico.

Despite the shutdown now being the longest in history, Fox news reports that about 30 Democratic members of Congress flew to Puerto Rico on a chartered jet with their families and lobbyists for a retreat.
