Democrats nervous about Mar-a-Lago fallout

Lance: At a time like this, you go through all of your information and you say, well what’s really happening out there. You hear a lot of talk and lot of angry pontificating and agitation. I just want to know facts that have not surfaced yet. I’ve got them for you and this is really important it tells you Judge Napolitano has interesting TikTok and Dick Morris has a very succinct update. These guys are judge and real sharp political consultant. They really are the guys I some of the people I look at for the specificity. Because they can talk differently. 

So, let’s just do a quick update as to what you really need to know about what’s happening. Then I’m going to give you a prophetic perspective on what it means.

Napolitano Voice: Security related documents. Documents of the nature of which Missus Clinton kept on her personal server in her home. It’s the same statute that he allegedly violated that she allegedly violated. Of course, she wasn’t subject to the Search because the documents were digital and she destroyed the server. So, the Feds didn’t have the documents and couldn’t get them. He’s subject to the search because he admitted that he took these documents when he left the White House and he declined to return them. He had been involved in negotiating. His lawyers with justice department lawyers about which documents were his personal property and which were property of the federal government. So, there’s two statutes here. One is the Presidential Records and Recording Act, basically everything the president touches in the White House belongs to the federal government. The other is the espionage statutes. The espionage statutes which basically say the failure to keep National Security Secrets in their proper location is a crime. That’s what Missus Clinton could have been charged with and wasn’t. Donald Trump can be charged with either of those statutes. The Presidential Records and Recording Act if convicted would keep him from ever running for federal office. The Espionage Act if convicted would cause him to be incarcerated. The Espionage Act is the only federal statute that does not require the government to prove intent. Meaning if you negligently remove top security materials to a non-secure, non-federal place that’s all the government has to prove is negligence. I know if I were the judge, I would have made sure that every I was dotted and T was crossed that I had interrogated and examined every FBI agent that appeared before me before I signed the search warrant. I don’t know how thorough this judge was. Presumably he was thorough. Presumably he’s not stupid. Presumably he’s a federal judge and he knows that the whole world is going to scrutinize the affidavits that the FBI submitted to this judge. Any testimony that they gave him under oath. All this is done in secret. See that’s the way search warrants work. They’re all done in secret. I myself signed many search warrants and I declined to sign many search warrants. State police in New Jersey once came to me at three in the morning wanting a search warrant. I welcomed them into my home. They showed me what they had. They made statements under oath. There’s no stenographer there. I wrote down what they told me. I signed the search warrant. I then found out they didn’t tell me everything and I then rescinded the search warrant. Judges must do the right thing. Not what they think the government wants.

Lance: Okay. So, let’s see here. Let’s talk about what he says so he’s saying that there’s two statutes there. One is the presidential record statutes which they’re saying if he has records that he’s holding that he shouldn’t be holding that can hold him out of office, then there’s the more insidious version of the espionage statutes which is stuff that’s espionage related that he’s holding on to that there should be in government property. So, that’s where people get concerned about well what did they do. Did they plant any evidence? Well, here’s the funny thing they don’t know what they can really get away with because of security cameras, the Trump Secret Service refuse to turn them off. They were told to because cops really don’t like to have cameras on them. You drive body at your camera, they always want you to turn it off, right.

So, same thing with FBI they’re basically college educated cops with suits, so they don’t like cameras. And the reality is it’d be awkward for that 50 of them running around the house there to plan something. Hey Charlie and I only put this over here in the Missus Closet over here, over here between the shoes. We’ll put something. It’s going to be difficult for them because they don’t know where those cameras whether they were on or off. They presumably know they weren’t turned off. So, I’m not so worried about the plenty of evidence. I just think they’re crazy as a loon. And they’ll try to indict Trump on the documents.

Now some of the concern was that Trump was holding on to espionage information the spying on him. But you see Trump could’ve declassified any of that information when he was president.So, he probably would’ve. He probably would have declassified it and said, look at this these guys are clowns. I told you they were spying on me because they were Obama was the guy was in office when the spying started remember. And they did. They spied on his server and to try to find some dirt on him and then manufacture a Russian story which fed into the Russian investigation but it all backfired as everything do backfires.

So, I don’t believe. I believe they’re going to indict Trump. I think they’re just desperate. They’re desperate. And I think it’s going to fail. I think it’s going to fail. I don’t think they were ready for the backlash. That’s the hubris of being in Washington. They’re so frustrated with Trump. They don’t calculate just how the country is not with them on this stuff. They somehow think that everybody’s going to like what they’re doing but it’s just them. They’re the people who don’t like Trump.

So, let’s see what else we got here. Let’s go with Dick Morris. Why don’t you hear Dick Morris? He’s going to give his perspective. It’s 2 minutes. But it’s so worth your time. I do the research for you everybody. Here we go.

Dick Morris Voice: First, they tried to frame him with the phony allegations about Russia collusion. Cooked up by Hillary’s negative research staff. Then they tried to impeach him twice. Uh then they tried to steal the election. First panicking everybody into doing paper ballots because of COVID so that they could commit the fraud. And then they tried to make him seem as if he led an insurrection against the American government when he expressed the opinion that the election was stolen on January 6th. Now having failed in all of that and clear that Trump is winning primary after primary driving out all Republican opposition with his base solid and reaffirming this board for him every week in primaries. Now they have falling back on their last expedient indictment and it looks like they’re going to bring it over the ridiculous grounds that there were documents he did not return to the archives where they could sit gathering dust. Bear in mind that the president has the ability to declassify anything he wants with stroke of a pen. So,if Trump wanted to hide these documents, he could have declassified them immediately packed them in his car trunk and driven away with no problem. Bear in mind also that Hillary took half of these classified documents in the state department, put them on her private email server and then gave it to her staffer who then gave it to her husband who was a corrupt congressman that was thrown out of office and was not prosecuted for it. Donald Trump will run and Donald Trump will win even if he’s under indictment at the time. The appellate courts will throw it all out. But he was impeached twice and now he may be indicted once but he’s going to run and he’s going to win massively and this stuff will only help him. Today’s lunch alert is….

Lance: Well, thank you very much. Alright Dick. Appreciate that. Now let me add something to this. While Trump is going through this he was in New York and they made sure that they did this while he wasn’t in Mar–a–Lago. Because they didn’t want the optics to be like they’re breaking in on the president and him answering the door. But the thing was a disaster. Newsweek has an article that reveals a high-level source in the Justice Department. Newsweek which is a left-wing magazine. And they revealed something interesting. The high leveled unmentioned,unnamed source in the Justice Department says, O Boy. The Justice Department didn’t have really anything to do. This is an FBI thing. The FBI has to explain what they what they’re up to and what they’re looking for.

So, Department of Justice is trying to distance itself but they can’t. Because Merrick Garland had to give the green light. Christopher Ray that that’s dancing partner and protege and apprentice for five years in charge of the FBI. He knew about this while he was smugly sitting there, dodging the javelins of the inquiries regarding his incompetent suppression of Biden data. Hunter Biden laptop story. So, you could see the whole time he’s thinking I’m going to get, you son of a gun. And so, he had this rate already in mind last week already cooking. But that article in the Newsweek says, O boy, this isn’t the Justice Department. Don’t put this at our door. This was this this is done by the FBI. They have their own thing going on. And that’s not good because that shows they’re already kind of like separating.

Now I see my theory of the cases. They’re looking for anything they can have because they’re desperate. And of course, they could indict Trump for the espionage deal. He might have had information there about the intelligence services and the wiretapping and the surveillance of him that was in his documents. That was what a whistleblower had indicated in the FBI. Hey, I know where that is and it’s got information. It exposes how we’re guilty. Trump will come out with that later on. So, they might have gone down there to seize that. I never understand how this works. If I had a document that was a smoking gun on corruption. I wouldn’t just have it in my house, I’d have the thing screenshot and on a couple of jump drives, wouldn’t you? It’s kind of weird how this stuff works.

Anyway, the thing that concerns me is the case in New York. They got this real nut job lady who was elected for the sole purpose of trying to crush Donald Trump in New York because the demons in New York and in Washington. You got to look at this a spiritual thing. The demons up there, boy that Trump’s right there Trump Towers is right there they want to crush him in New York. So, they’re trying to destroy him on cooking up some numbers they can find out of his $714 billion dollar operation. Maybe they can find some inflated value that he put on some buildings and it’s corrupt and they’ve been trying to get his tax records for this reason. It could be that they were trying to get any of Trump’s confidential legal information that would be related to them prosecuting him in New York for some crime related to inflated building prices that he sold stuff for got paid for. That was 15 years ago.

Meanwhile Hunter Biden’s 3-year-old laptop still doesn’t seem to be arousing a whole lot of suspicion even if the big guy Joe is on the payroll, but we don’t want to go there. So, it’s very possible that they’re going to indict Trump and they’re going to say that he had classified information that it was there. There’s a highly sensitive nature that we cannot disclose, but after Russia gang after Hunter after the two failed impeachment endeavors to go this way with the base all torque the way they are and with the FBI limping in credibility. I think this is a classic case of the devil overreach. He’s like the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction. Remember that? I was sitting there watching TV. I’m watching it with my kids. It’s like, did she just reveal her breast? I don’t think so. I must be my I blinked and I thought I could’ve seen they never that wouldn’t happen on TV in prime time with the kids at a halftime show.

Well, it was like they were trying to be little cheeky. A little edgy a little cool and it backfired. This is a this is the wardrobe malfunction. This is the Merrick Garland. He’s going to I tell you what. He should try to look for a job maybe dressing and dragon doing some first-grade story times. Because he’s going to have a hard time finding another outfit to cover up this crime.

Alright, so don’t freak out people I know you’re upset and what they want to do I’m sure what the devil wants to do is he wants to get it. He wants to, oh get the base all upset. Get him to do something around show. Don’t just laugh because the team that led the Afghan withdrawal is in charge of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago raid. It’s like remember Don Knotts from Andy Mayberry, they never let him have a loaded gun because he’d be dangerous. These guys are dangerous but they’re buffoonish and everything they’re doing is failing right now. They’re having nothing but misfires. You have to see it from that comedic aspect of the frustration they’ve got.

It’s like one of those movies where you keep shooting the vampire and he keeps going down and getting up and going. It’s like Night of the Living Dead. He keeps coming. Trump, they can’t stop him. He’s still there. He keeps coming back and then he wins a sweeping of like a panoply of 42election people. The momentum is behind him. He’s coming back. It’s like Terminator two and you’re not going to stop him. So, take heart. But listen. It’s serious business as far as they’re concerned. Hey we’ve got the presidential records statute. And we’ve got the espionage statute. Oh, sure we didn’t do anything with Hillary Clinton when she destroyed 30,000 emails and took all that information home with her. But I mean that’s Hillary. But Trump. Trump on the other hand. O Boy that guy’s got a comment. He’s got it coming to him. And I don’t think they’re prepared for the response.

I mean it’s like even Governor Cuomo, I mean even the oh my gosh Grant Paul saying they’re probably going to plant evidence. This pretty bad when you got this kind of response. They were it’s just like the optics. After Ray was on the stand last week about the FBI being a politicized institute suppressing crime and looking for criminals whether or not he pulls this. The old saying wasn’t [15:22] [Inaudible], ‘Whom the Gods would destroy their first make mad’. Well, when God’s going to destroy something he first makes them stupid. And then they say stupid stuff. This is stupid. This should encourage you.

Alright, here’s some encouragement to somebody. If you got IRAs and you got certain investments out there too. I’m talking to these economists all the time and they’re saying, don’t be afraid about the real estate market. Don’t think everything’s going to go to hell in a handbasket overnight. They the market, I got a broadcast coming out this week. It talks about for six months to a year. You’re going to start seeing a softening in the market. You’re going to see a lot of deals out there for some of you that are understanding how real estate actually works. Not everything’s going under and there are certain places. If you have wisdom that you can go and you can benefit in the coming days.

I tell you what, who God wants to destroy, he first banks stupid. This is a great way to go into the midterms. If we don’t take the house and the senate in this next period of time and have a disposition to deal with the evil, and the church has to, I really believe where there’s still repentance to be had. We got a lot of disunity out there. We got people don’t want to get involved with politics. We got prophets still prophesying. Trump’s coming back next week. We got people making believe the military’s working with Trump. Means there’s crazy blue out there. People are sniffing people. But the story I’m giving you is straight.

God is restoring the martial vigor of the body of Christ. He’s getting us engaged. We are the firewall. The gates of hell cannot prevail against a mobilized act of ecclesia church. And by the way that church is running for office. It’s running for office in Arizona for governor. It’s running for office in Pennsylvania for governor. We got to open our eyes as we got believers out there hearing God and saying if no one else will step up for righteousness I’ll go in. I’m qualified. Let’s stand together.
