The Key That Unlocks Divine Mysteries

Lance: Would you like to know the secret to knowing things before they happen? You don’t have to be a prophet for this promise to work. You see people are always fascinated by prophets. When in fact, you’re called to be a prophet in your own life. I remember one of my friends told me how he was struggling with his health and he got a word from a prophet that he was going to live to an old age and that really set him free after the got done preaching. I asked him. I said, ‘Who is the prophet?’ He said, ‘Me. I went to the Bible and Bible said that, God had promised me three score and ten or he found promises in the Bible for his 90-year lifespan or something.’ And he said, ‘I just prophesied what the word of God said over my own life. I finally found a prophet I could agree with’.

So funny because he never mentioned in the meeting who the prophet was. It was him. You become the prophet. In your own life over everything that God says for you. So if Jesus says, I go and prepare a place for you and I’m going to come again and receive you to myself that where I am there you may be also, you can literally prophesy. The lord is preparing a place for me and the Lord says he’s coming to take me to the place that he’s prepared so that I could be with him for eternity. Well, prophesied, son of man.

Now, the prophet of course has an office and a function that has to do with those things that pertain unto the order of setting things in order and forth telling those things that are outside the purview of what you’re responsible for in your own life. And the Lord can confirm to you by a prophet those things that God speaking to you about your own life. But I’m telling you something. The promise in the Bible is that when he the Holy Spirit comes, he will lead you into all truth and he will show you things to come. God does not want you dependent on a prophet. The Holy Spirit will reveal to you that which you need to know.

Now, being in the place where you can hear what God says. That is the art. Go to John 16:13. Get a Bible. We’re having a Bible study right now if you haven’t figured that out. John 16:13. Jesus says to the disciples. ‘I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.’ Imagine that, Jesus is sitting there talking to his disciples in John 16, before he leaves, before he goes to Gethsemane, before he departs and he’s saying I got so much. I want to tell you but you can’t handle it. That would just drive me nuts to know that Jesus is wants to tell me something but you see, that’s why you got to catch us. God can’t tell you everything he wants to tell you when you want it. Because he said, I have many things to say but you cannot bear them now. Meaning, bear. The word bear in Greek. I did a Greek word study on this one because it was fascinated, man. It literally meant I’ll roll back over here. Use this.

I have many things. God wants to reveal many things. That’s supposed to be a Bible for you right there. Many things I want to reveal to you, but you cannot, and here’s the interesting word for it. You cannot bear them means you do not have a foundation strong enough to handle the revelation. You catch that? That’s a pretty powerful word right there folks. You don’t have a Strong enough foundation to handle the revelation. So, people want to know about God‘s end-time plan. Man, it’s too bad because we are the most end times interested generation because we’re living in it, but you can’t bear it. You can’t foundationally handle it without going tilt, tilt if God tells you. That should bother you.

By the way, what were the things that he was going to wanted to tell them? Why? I think clearly, how do you know what the things are that God wants to tell you? Well, you could tell by the things that came that blew their minds. What did they have a problem with? Well, the Gentiles is one thing. Peter goes to Cornelius. Cornelius comes into the kingdom. They have a wholekerfuffle, they have to have a whole and they have to have a conference with all the apostles and elders to discuss the matter of the Gentiles. Why? The Jews weren’t ready, and if Jesus had said to him, first of all, this country’s going to reject everything. Everything we’ve done, definitely forget it. By the way, you’re going to start great but then they’re going to still reject it. The whole city is getting wiped out. The whole city, the whole shebang, the whole nation’s getting sent to the ends of the earth. Goodbye 2000 years before they come back again.

That would have been like what? Oh my gosh. They have a processor for that. To say but it’s okay. The Gentiles. The Gentiles. You know the unclean Gentiles? The people that we just don’t want to talk to? They’re the ones, they’ll get it. They’ll of it. I’m going to, personally I’m going to work with just them. 2000 years. It’s pretty much just them. You too. They’re going to be your best, the best people you can work with. Just them. It’s like they didn’t have the, so Jesus know that. He said, I can’t tell you. I can’t tell you. You can’t handle it. Makes you wonder what he wants to tell us that we can’t handle. Does make you think.

However, when he the spirit of truth, I love the howevers. There’s a however in there, there’s a lot I want to tell you. The lot you need to know right now, you can’t handle it. However, when he, the spirit of truth has come, he will guide you into all truth and he will not speak in his own authority but whatever he hears, he’s going to speak and here’s where you’ve got the promise of your own internal prophet. He’s going to tell you the few as it pertains to you. He will tell you things to come. Here’s the key. He’ll tell you everything you need to know pertaining to your own future course of events. He will give you an intuition of what’s in front of you. Because why? Because the Holy Spirit is responsible for you succeeding and guiding you and navigating it.

So you see, I remember one time I was lost in the Negev. I was in the Negev, the desert in his I was in my father, actually my father, the great leader of my Jewish father, the great leader of my family tribe. He takes us into the Negev which is where you know, Lot’s wife was turned to a pillar of salt. Remember that? We were looking for Lot’s wife. It’s hilarious. We’re looking for Lot’s wife and we get lost in the Negev. Worst yet, I’m with my wife Annabelle. She’s almost 9months pregnant with my son. I guess maybe she was 8 months pregnant this time. What a disaster Because my we promised my mother we would not do anything foolish because my wife was so pregnant with our first born and my father gets us in a jeep lost in the Negev desert. We’re wandering around. We’re looking at a map. We’re looking at a map.

A map is a great thing but if you don’t know where you are, a map doesn’t help you in the desert. It’s like, are we here? Are we over here? Where’s Lot’s wife? We’re looking for Lot’s wife. I think I found Lot’s wife in the distance. Thank God, Lot’s wife was being used by me to be able to navigate to Lot’s wife. Pillar is salt. Then, a guide comes along in the middle of the desert. We grabbed him. He said, ‘Oh, look my wife is pregnant. We’re lost in the Negev.’ He said, ‘Follow me, I’ll take you in.’ Let me ask you a question. What would you rather have? A map or a guide? I’ll tell you my experience. If you’re lost in the desert, you want the guide because the guide knows where to go.

God gave you the map but most of us don’t know how to read. Specifically, what am I supposed to do? Take the job and I take the job. Go to the make the mission trip not make the mission trip. Dude, it’s very hard. The guide comes and says, this is the chapter you need to read. This is the verse you need to think about. This is the word that applies to your decision. The guide is more important than the map, because the guide can interpret the map. Jesus said, there’s a lot of things I want to tell you right now, you can’t handle. You can’t handle it. When he, the guide has come,he’s going to prepare you for every new turn in the road. He’ll let you know what’s coming and he’ll reveal what’s mine. He’ll reveal what belongs to me. He’ll reveal the inheritance. He’ll reveal the provision. He’ll reveal the revelation. He’ll reveal, I think there’s more in this verse than we realize.

I think, Jesus is saying, he’ll reveal to what cities and nations and towns, what ideas, what innovations, what mountains are mine that belong to me the father gave me and he’ll reveal them to you and the moment they reveal to you, you have authority to access them. The moment Godreveals something to you, the revelation releases the authority to have it. That’s why Satan fights revelation. That’s why the devil fought the angel that was coming to Daniel. Remember 21–days, why was the why was the warfare in the heavens for 21–days is fasting prayer? We all know the story but nobody asked the question, what was the reason for the delay. The reason for the delay was the revelation that was coming from the angel to Daniel. Because once the revelation came regarding this 49 weeks and the 70 weeks and within the time period. The moment the revelation was given by the angel to Daniel, the authority of the prophet on the earth was activated to manifest it.

See, that’s the battle, the battle for you is an over the healing. The battle for you is over the revelation of the healing. It’s the same for provision. It’s the revelation of the provision you’re battling over. Not the provision. Does this make sense? He’ll glorify me because he’s going to take what is mine and reveal it to you. He’s going to take the next thing I’m giving you. He’ll lead you to the next treasure I’m unearthing for you to take possession of.

Alright. Your job is to finish the work God gave you and to go on the treasure home of the Holy Spirit till he reveals all the treasures you’re called to unearth and there’s a time period for you to get that thing undug to pull it up out of the earth and release the treasure. Now, I want to go one step further. John gets these words. Why is it John the apostle? Not Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Why is, it’s every disciple has his own unique personality. Paul is the passionate sufferer and he’s the guy that went deeper to the mysteries of God than any of the other disciples. Which is very encouraging because you would say, I wish I could have been alive when Jesus was here. Don’t you wish you could have been alive when the Lord was here. No, you don’t.

Oh, of course you would have loved to looked at him and beheld him and observed, but the fact of the matter is, Paul didn’t walk with Jesus and he had more insight into what Jesus was saying than Peter and the other apostles. We know that because Peter says, Paul, it wasn’t with us but by the Holy Spirit, boy, did he get a revelation of what the mess, what Jesus was teaching. But some stuff is very hard to understand which the ignorant and the unstable twist to their own destruction as they do the other scriptures. This is Peter saying, my brother Paul who wasn’t with us by the Holy Spirit got more revelation of what Jesus taught than we did. Which people that are unstable are twisting.

And then he says, Paul’s writings are on the level of scripture. They’re so high. I see them as inspired text. As inspired as the sacred oracles. That’s a high praise coming from Peter to say,Paul’s writings are scripture brother. They’re not normal. Anyway, Paul got it by the Holy Ghost. The Holy Spirit your guide. He’ll reveal to you what Jesus said. John got a unique revelation of stuff hat Paul. John’s the only guy I think that could contend with Paul in the area of the nuances and the contours and the dimensions of what. Because John, when Jesus was separated from the disciples, a storms throw away into the agony of Gethsemane and he goes, father. John 17, the hour has come. Glory your son that your son may glorify you.

My supposition here is that as Jesus was in that high priestly prayer as Jesus going through this period of time. Prior to crossing the Brook Kidron where there was a garden. I think John heard or John recalled every single word Jesus prayed. How did that happen? How did he get that memory of every single word or how did he even know what was said? Well, he heard it. He overheard it and the spirit of God gave him total recall of it, because John has a unique revelation of Jesus.

Now, Jesus says something here that I want to focus in on. He says, ‘The spirit of God, when he the spirit of truth comes, he’s going to reveal things to come.’ Now, John, the apostle gets the Book of Revelation, doesn’t he? John is the one who gets the things to come revelation for the last days. Peter and Paul had it. Paul wrote a lot of it but John got the book of Revelation. I suggest to you that we go to John 13:23. No, actually, yeah, go to John 13:23 and I’ll show you how he got it. John 13:23. Now, there was leaning on Jesus’ breast, one of his disciples whom Jesus loved and Peter motioned to him to ask him, who’s Jesus talking about when he says, one of them is going to betray him. And leaning back on Jesus’ breast and reclining on his chest at the supper. John says, ‘Lord, who is it?’ And Jesus says, ‘He to whom I should give a piece of bread when I’ve dipped it.’ And Jesus takes the bread and dip it and then after he dips it, he gives it to Judas Iscariot and after the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. Jesus said, what you’re about to do, do quickly.

You see, Jesus revealed to John who the betrayer was because John was reclining on Jesus’breast. The reason the scripture is so alive to me right now is I had an old-time prophet named Chuck Flynn. O, Chuck Flynn was a great prophet in my life. And he said something. He said that Jesus, the John, was reclining on the breast of Jesus, the great high priest. And being reclined on the breast of the high priest, he released the Ephod anointing and the power to foretell decisions for things to come. This is a great mystery and I’m going deep right now. So if you don’t have a foundation I’m going to lose you. You’re going to go what the heck? What’s he talking about? But you’re going to miss something very precious. These revelations that are in the Bible. These layers of divine information are so they’re precious.

Johns has his head reclining on the breast of Jesus at the last supper. John is given the Book of Revelation. John is the one who’s given the unique revelation about the Holy Spirit of the Oldy disciples. He’s the one that writes in pens that he should take a mind and he should receive a mind and he should reveal to you that the things to come. Now, I want you to go back in the Old Testament to Exodus chapter 28. Exodus 28. If you don’t have a Bible, it’s hard to do. Get a Bible. Don’t just do it on a digital phone. I got my digital phone. ‘Yeah, right.’ You’re not going to underline your digital phone. ‘Yes, I can.’ No, you’re not. You’re not going to highlight it. You’re not going to open it up. It’s not going to talk to you. You’re not going to write your little notes. ‘Yes, I can’. No, you’re not. You’re not doing that with your digital Bible. You need a Bible. I want to hear those pages. I want to hear the Lord walking through the leaves and the trees of the garden.

Okay. So, we go here to Exodus 28 and here’s what says, Exodus 28 and take a look at this. This is so precious. 28 verse 30. “Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breastplate of judgement over his heart. When he goes into the holy place as a memorial before the Lord, you shall put in the breastplate of judgement, the urem and the Thummim, and they shall be over Aaron’s heart when he goes in before the Lord. So, Aaron shall bear the judgment of the Lord.”What are the Urem and Thummim? There were two mystery devices that were in the pocket of the high priest Ephod. The Ephod is a vest written in chapter 28 verse 5. “They shall take gold and blue and purple”. The three colors that epitomize divinity. The gold being divine. The purple being royalty. The blue being celestial. And the scarlet thread, which is the blood the blood because really what’s purple but it’s divine in humanity. That’s what kings wear purple. The red is the blood. The blue is divine. You mix the two. You come with the color purple. Did you know that?

They shall make the of gold and blue and purple and scarlet and fine linen, woven linen artistically worked. It shall have two shoulder straps to its two edges. It shall be joined together,intricately woven band of the Ephod which is on it shall be of the same workmanship made of blue and gold scarlet. And you shall take the two onyx stones and engrave on them the names of the sons of Israel. 6 of the names on one stone. 6 of the names on the other stone in the order of their birth with the work of an engraver in the stone like the engravings of a signet you shall engrave the two stones with the names of the sons of Israel. You shall set them on settings of gold. You shall put the two stones on the shoulder of the Ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel.

So, Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord on his two shoulders as a memorial. Remember the government shall be upon his shoulders. The tribes of Israel are going to judge the nations, so you shall make settings of gold. And of course and somewhere in there, artistically you shall make the breastplate of judgement. Artistically woven according to the workmanship of the Ephod, you shall make it of gold of blue and purple scarlet and threaded one, a fine woven linen,you shall make it. Now and then it goes in to say that you’re going to put stones on it. 4 rows of stones, 4 rows of stones. 3 across 3, 6, 9, 12 different gemstones out in the breast of the Ephod of the high priest. And behind that 12 stones represented the 12 tribes of Israel, the high priest has a pocket with the urem and the Thummim. Put in the breastplate, verse 30 says. The urem and the Thummim. What’s the urem and the Thummim? It’s a Hebrew for the lights and the council. And what does the lights of the council do? It would be consulted for direction for divine guidance.It’s a symbol of the holy spirit in the heart near the heart that would reveal the will of God to you. And that Jesus being the great high priest, when John laid his head upon the breast of the high priest the urem and the Thummim and Ephod anointing went to him and he was the man who would receive special revelation and the book of.

As you’ve are intimate with the lord, you will receive the activation of the Epod anointing for your life with the urem and the Thummim. God will begin to speak to you regarding what you’re called to do. See these mysteries work. So, let’s go check this out. Exodus I want to go to first Samuel 28. Check out first Samuel 28. Saul had so offended the lord killing off the priest, in division with the body, fighting with David. It says here in chapter 28 of first Samuel, this is some deep teaching people. Samuel died and all Israel lamented for him and buried him in Rama. This is first Samuel chapter 28. The prophet has died. Saul’s persecuting David and Saul had put the mediums and the spirit is out of the land.

He had cast them all up and now he’s had the prophet out and all the witches are out. Then the Philistines gathered together and came and encamped at Shunam. So Saul gathered all Israel together and they encamped at Gilboa. When Saul saw the army of the Philistines he was afraid his heart troubled greatly. And then Saul inquired of the lord but the lord didn’t answer him. Either by dreams or by or urem or by prophets. In other words, three ways God will speak to you by the Holy Spirit under the urem, Thummim, on the in inside of you, by dreams or by a prophetic word. Then, Saul said to his servants, find me a woman who’s a medium and he goes and tries to find a witch who could give him a seance to summon up Samuel from the dead.Because he wants the prophet to tell him what’s going to happen.

See what happens when you grieve the spirit of the Lord, you end up going with so desperately he has to communicate with the occult. I think there’s a lot of Christians that are doing occult stuff and don’t realize it but I’m not going to go there now. What I will tell you is contrast that with David in distress being hunted by Saul, Philistines attacking him. He gets back to his home base at Ziklag. Finds out that the enemy, Amalekites have come and wiped out all of his family,taken all of his family captive, all of his, this is like 3.5 year out of how many 7 years he’d been running from Saul. But he’s been building wealth and he’s got tribes. He’s got, his men are happy they got wives and children and they’ve got substance from all the booty and plunder that they’ve got, his gang. But then he gets comes back one day and realizes that everything they have is burned with fire and everything was taken including the wives of children and their houses, their plunder and every and his men are not happy. They want to kill him.

Verse 4 chapter 30 of Samuel. You got Saul over here trying to find a witch because the Ephodwon’t talk to him and then David, watch this though. David and the people who are with him lifted up their voices and wept until they had no more power to weep and then David’s two wives and Abigail the widow of Nabilone and the Carmelite, they had been taken captive. David’s wives were taken captive. Now, David was greatly distressed, because the people spoke of stoning him because they were also grieved because every man’s sons and daughters were taken but David strengthen himself in the Lord, his God. That’s one of the greatest verses in the Bible.

David grabbed hold of himself and said, ‘Man, I got to pull myself together. Lord, help me right now to refocus and reactivate myself.’ Then, David said to Abiatha, the priest. ‘Bring me the Ephod.’ Ooh, do you get it the priest as the Ephod? Remember the Ephod? What does the Ephodhave? A pocket with the urem and the Thummim. He says, ‘Hey priest, get me that Ephod and he brings it to David.’ And so, David inquires of the Lord. ‘Oh my God, shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them? Is there a way I can win this thing?’ And the lord answered him, ‘Pursue for you shall surely overtake them and without fail, you will recover it all.’

So David went. But you see David had the voice of the high priest. He had the Ephod anointing. He whose head was on the breast of the Lord and his tribulations even though he was in trouble. He could receive the council of God. Saul got nothing. David heard God‘s voice. And God said go pursue. And he did pursue. He had to get past his distress. He had to get past the setback.

Do you know what I remember? I remember when COVID started. We had the National Day of Prayer. The left mocked us. Paula White was in the garden with Donald Trump and they were having a service of prayer service. Mike Lindell went up and preached and Trump was kind of amused and Lindell talked about the Lord and everybody was offended with him. But I remember Paula White saying, ‘Mister President, the Lord says that just as David rose up as Ziklag to recover all so you should recover all.’ She was talking about recovering the economy, recovering the nation gains, recovering after COVID.

Little did we know we’d be recovering from the election. 2000 Mules, devastation, and all the other judgments and distresses. But I remember her quoting Ziklag saying the Lord says you’ll recover all. I don’t believe she was wrong. I believe she was speaking as a prophetess. I think God‘s timing is perfect. His ways are past figuring out. Friends, I’m going to tell you right now. The Ephod anointing is on the breast of the high priest and you need to increase your intimacy with Jesus. Put your head upon the chest of Jesus. You need to get into the prayer place where your head is pillowed upon his breast. For the Ephod anointing and the urem and Thummim of God wants to talk to you from the heart of the high priest showing you things to come in your own life. Bam. That’s some good preaching people. That’s whether you know it or not, I preach myself happy.

John 13:23. You need to recline and rest. Rest and don’t distress. Put your head upon the breast of the high priest and let God show you he’s got the government on his shoulders. He’s got the earth on his heart and he’ll make you an extension of his power and his will. You won’t be tossed around. You won’t be lost. You won’t be beaten. You won’t be devoured. The enemy may come in like a flood but the lord will give you that judgement boom, power and you’ll deal with your devil just like David did. A day later after Ziklag he recovered everything Saul was dead and David had the throne. I believe America’s coming back, ain’t going to be perfect and it ain’t going to be pretty. I expect the demons to manifest.

But I’m telling you something you will have peace because God isn’t giving America over to the left, to the lunatics, to the perverse, or to the people who want it astray. It doesn’t belong to them. Belongs to you. It’s your inheritance. The inheritance of America belongs to the believers. The believers aren’t going to let the devil have it. And I believe we’re going to recover all.
