
On Super Tuesday, voters in 16 states and one territory cast their ballots in the Presidential Primaries. In the Republican race, former President Donald Trump emerged victorious in a majority of states, winning 14 out of 15 contests. Nikki Haley, the former U.N. Ambassador, managed to secure a single win in the deep blue state of Vermont.
Meanwhile, President Joe Biden dominated the Democratic primaries, winning in most states. Both Trump and Biden are now on the cusp of winning their respective nominations, winning in California and Trump securing victories late into the night in Alaska and Utah.
President Trump gave his victory speech from his home in Mar A Lago, saying he would unite the party quickly, “We’re going to have unity, and it’s going to happen very quickly.”
Trump also outlined his top priorities upon his return to office.
