Rising Tides: A Biblical Perspective on McCarthy’s Debt Ceiling Dilemma

Alright, Carl good to see you here.Now look there’s a lot of people with a lot of negativity out there today. I’ll tell you why Charlie Kirk let me show you in a minute he’s all upset with Chick fil A. Chick fil A evidently, the chicken’s going woke. Well, maybe not, maybe not. But I’ll explain to you why these corporations are putting in their diversity in equity and inclusion departments. They’re all having to conform because Larry Fink and Black vanguard and the big banks give them a scale and they have to kind of like sign off on it because it’s the gradual communist takeover the United States and every corporation needs that rating in order to be able to get their evaluation or whatever. I mean it’s I understand the frustration with Chick fil A. But well, we’ll cover that in a minute, but it’s the debt ceiling thing that today has everybody really upset and I understand why. It’s because where $32 trillion dollars going down the toilet.

Everybody knows in America. I mean the tax paying people in the country want to see expenses cut back. But what we’re afraid of, what we’re concerned about and shouldn’t use the word fear. But what we’re concerned about is that these Republicans up on the hill with exception of about 20 of them, they’re basically a fake opposite and they cave in and now it looks like we’re going to have another $4 trillion dollars’ worth of debt. Now it says it looks like it and what really bothers me about the debt deal is that they said it in such a way not only that they didn’t get it the ceiling they need the cut back on the expenses that the American people would standby. But they took the issue off the table for Donald Trump in 2024, because they pushed the stinking issue past the election. Whereas he could really have come down and say we can’t afford it. We can’t afford it. I mean with Trump’s style coming on saying we’re going to be so broke. We can’t afford to have a great depression. We can’t afford to have these people spending money anymore. He has a way of connecting. They took the issue away. And they did it on purpose. I think they did it sabotage one of the major. I mean it’s kind of like the border and the debt are the two things that are the most important. Mercedes, you keep on waving at me a notification. So, no excuses people.Let’s get back to the challenge for McCarthy. I tell you what Bannon is on the war path today you don’t want to get upset like he is so hopping mad and I don’t get it. I don’t want to go down too much in the granular detail of this stuff because we don’t, everybody doesn’t share the same knowledge. But Margie Taylor Green goes up there to Washington supposedly going to fight these things and she voted for it. She said she did it in order to get her agenda for impeachment moving forward. She doesn’t have the clout yet to get an impeachment going.

Let’s talk. I get it. I get it. But it’s not going to happen. She didn’t have to trade her impeachment fantasy for a vote but she’s friends with McCarthy and this is what happens. See how this works folks? It’s everybody’s on their own until they gets into, everyone is this. Human nature’s this way. It’s kind of like you see what I’ll do. You watch what I do. Then you get there and then the pressure and the intrigue and the this and the that before you know it. The Bible says, “Be not conformed to this world that be transformed by the renewing of your mind”. Very few people, very few people can handle the pressure of a place like DC or the corporate office or a college campus for that matter or a school where they’re grooming you. Very few people can handle the psychic pressure of rejection and to be their own person. Very rare indeed is the individual who can be transformed from the inside out versus bowing the knee to bail.

Well anyway, I’m going to but I have it. There’s a silver lining to this. 00-page deal and I listen to hours of and I’ve read pages of manuscripts today for this very reason to talk to you to be a river of revelation to my peoples and this is the argument that is being used by some our patriots than there who voted for this. They’re saying that the way this deal was constructed. The appropriations. Catch that word. The appropriations process, procedure is such that it used to be the way the Democrats and Republicans, the Uni Party would claw the money out of you. Remember, they’re spending your money. It’s not everybody thinks it. I’d like to have that benefit. I like that but forget it. Washington doesn’t do a thing to create wealth. They take it. And redistribute it.

So, they’re up there saying, they used to like lump all these bills together. Well, we’re going to have this thing and it’s going to include this and it’s going to include this a little pork for center and so and so. And all those billions of dollars of appropriations would be sandwiched into one big ghastly barrel pork barrel and you had to sign off. And if you really wanted this you had to go with that and hold your nose. Not anymore. Thankfully our people, our 10 new people that got in there and the 4 majority of the five we’ve got now. They insisted with McCarthy that we have to have it an appropriation separate vote on each item. This is why they’re saying they wanted one. 2 trillion dollar which is a ludicrous moving the debt up further. Why in the world we increase the government 40% with COVID and then shrink backwards. Oh, we’re going to keep it. And then $1.2 trillion to $5 trillion dollars on top of it. No, you can’t do it, but the appropriations. Let me get this real out of my system.

The appropriations process now is no longer lumping all these stupid spending bills together. So,what has to happen is yeah, the Democrats can go after they want to spend, they want to spend,they want to spend up to four more trillion dollars in two years. But listen, each item has to be approved that means that the Republicans had to also agree to it and it’s on item-by-item basis not lumping it all together and shoving it in your face 6 months from now or a year from now.And they’re saying if the appropriations doesn’t approve of the spending, I believe they claw it back like 1% or so. There’s a slight penalty or so there’s a slight retraction of the total debt. I’m not quite sure how that works to our benefit because we have yet to see if they’re going to utilize that technical floor skill to stop the spending. The Democrats are delirious. All their woke agenda right on down and even the energy bills they got are all for stupid stuff. Not for really releasing again America’s pent up energy capacity but for solar and green all kinds of green wasted left wing company startups that aren’t going to unleash our capacity.

So, the $80 billion dollars in funding the Democrats pushed through for the IRS will be clawed back. I love reading the articles I get from left wing newspapers. I mean my staff doesn’t always know where they’re getting stuff from but I know what I’m looking for. I’m going, oh yeah, a portion of the 80 billion is like 1 billion of 80. You know what that is? That’s a rounding error in Washington, a billion. I don’t think we’re a billion two off on that $80 billion dollar thing there Charlie. So, clawing it back it’s not 1 billion out of $80 billion Now they’re going to go and but what’s worse is Biden’s administration vows to increase those 81,000 IRS agents going after you. They’re going to go after anyone who’s making less than four what it includes what, let me read. Despite the Biden administration’s vow not to increase usual audit rates for those making less than four hundred thousand.

Well, we’re going to see who actually gets audited. You know who gets audited? It’s kind of like who does the FBI go after? Catholic pro-life parents. I’m sure they’re going to be knocking on conservative doors. So yeah, this there’s reason to be concerned. And the reason why they did this. So, you guys are all clear on this is because Janet Yellen created an artificial panic attack scheduling a certain day in which we would default. How are we defaulting? Mitch McConnell or currently defaulting. The worst thing in the world is for America to default on our desk. So, to keep printing, printing, printing, printing, printing. Someone is to buy that money. Somewhere in the world they got to want buy our tea bills. They got to want to buy into our dollar, our infinite money creating machine. We’re the only country in the world and go to the banks when there’s churn out money. As long as the world buys it, but guess what? Saudi Arabia just signed off today and said, no longer. We’re going to go with China and Russia and Brazil and Iran and we’re going to go with other nations. We’re going to decouple from your dollar.

You know what the banks are doing everywhere? They’re decoupling from the dollar. They’re going for gold. The banks are buying these are by clawing back. They’re clawing back away from paper and going into gold. So, So as I say this to you, I’m trying to give you a balanced perspective on what this is. McCarthy did not, but then I got to say this. We only have like 5-person margin. I know a lot of you are going to be more educated than the average person out there. You’re going to go, oh, I can’t do that. Impeach McCarthy get rid of him. Yeah, but no but he didn’t you know we didn’t exactly give him a big mandate. The American people did not put 50 more republicans in Kong. This is why I worry about America. We didn’t put 20 or 50. We got like a we have little like a tithe and offering. It’s almost like God’s grace gave us instead of a red tsunami. We got a little pink drizzled castle there. Yeah, we got a pink puddle.

So, he doesn’t have a whole lot of clout there on the hill. Even though he did not have to fold in this because Janet Yellen picked an arbitrary date and I believe somewhere in, if we didn’t have the default on the debt. She was just saying that and that’s what they were using to scare all the Republicans don’t want to be guilty of going Indian on next cycle and being a guilty of defaulting on the debt. That’s how they’re just weak and they play the game and it’s going to continue until the American people smarten up and my frustration is Mercedes is that we know the American people do not want more spending.

Mercedes: Exactly

Lance: They’re totally on the same page for the Republicans. But they don’t the Republicans. They don’t trust them. This is what the data says from Barna. They think both parties are the same and I’m sorry they got a point. Go ahead Mercedes you were saying something.

Mercedes: No, I just think it’s hilarious like you can’t even talk about cuts. It’s like even the idea of Democrats are like well we’re thinking we’re going to stop funding LGBT trans rights in Zimbabwe for $250,00. It’s things like that. You’re like just look behind the curtain it’s like no,no, no we can’t even think about cutting spending we can’t even look at that. I’m like but there’s got to be tons and tons of pork in there over the years. It’s just every year. It’s like comical every year I feel like we run into this.

Lance: $32 trillion dollars and the Republicans you know they boasted, I put my paper away already. But they were boasting one of the things we’re going after was tighter work requirements like if people don’t you know what the apostle Paul said. I got to article on Facebook. I want you guys looking from Jason Matera. I’m going to set him up for a call. Might was going to do it tonight but I really didn’t coordinate it. He has an article out on it’s an incendiary title like basically the apostle Paul says, if you don’t work, you don’t eat.

Mercedes: Yeah.

Lance: The Democrats say, you don’t have to work if you don’t want to and the government will take care of the bill. The Bible perspective is if you don’t work and you’re able to work, starve. How’s that for tough love. And it’ll motivate you to work if you want to eat. So, what we have here is the American people love America. This is a barn of research we just looked at. They love America. 75% are actually patriot patriotic. They don’t hate their country. They have a distrust of authoritative government. They’re afraid of authoritative government. I think the government’s getting more authoritative. But and large. The taxpayers believe that spending is out of control. They have to control what they budget in order to pay the bills and the government has to also but they know the government isn’t. Then why does this happen? Why does this continue?

Well, it’s because you Christians out there should know this. Half the people you go to church with lifting your hands on Sunday morning talking about those they probably need an awakening. Half of them don’t vote. Half of them sin. It’s called the of omission. If it’s in your power to do good and you and you refuse to do it, it’s a sin. Now, it’s a sin probably of ignorance because they don’t think their vote makes a difference or their theology is dumb and they think that almost like a Muslim or whatever Allah wills, Allah will do. So, the reality is we could change it. If we even showed up and voted. There’s a verse an I’m going to give you a good verse of the sin but there’s one that bothers me and it’s in Jeremiah and it’s a crazy verse. I mean, I don’t even want to find it here and it’s basically where the prophet says, what is happening to you is your own doing. The thought never entered my mind. What’s happening to you is your own fault.This is your own doing. It never was my plan for you. There’s nothing worse than we all like to think that well the Lord was in it.

Well, something bad happens. It’s like, well, God was teaching me something. Well, there’s times when God isn’t teaching anything. You’re learning in spite of, you’re learning from your dumb choices. Quit Making it sound like God set you up to fail. You’re learning from your mistakes. Doesn’t mean God made you fail. And we need to learn from this. We are going downhill because we are a people that will not exert what is in our power to exert. And that’s and you see it all the time. People fight me all the time. It’s like they think I’ve gotten too political. I’m not too political. I happen to be occupying till Jesus comes. And we got to become to resist the devil where the devil shows up. If he shows up in the school room, resist him. If he shows up in your state, resist him. Right now, he’s showing up in government and we’re in danger of being of having a bankrupt nation and that’s going to create a lot of stress and a lot of pain and it was all avoidable. We didn’t have to do this.

Alright. Well, so what’s the good news here? I got something for you. I want to tell you this because I said, Lord I need a perspective tonight on these things and the Lord kind of, I begin to pray and I felt like the Lord was reminding me do you know the apostle Paul in all of your New Testament epistles. You don’t read anything about current events really going on. You might read about the goddess Diana because they’re all upset about Paul being in the city and he’s interrupting their idolatry business with Diana. But you don’t read a lot of current events? You don’t read what’s going on with Nera or Rome or wars. And the only time I’ve ever seen current events kind of getting in to the Bible is when Paul says, in view of the current distress it is better for everyone to stay exactly where they are. If you’re married you know stay married, if you’re not married don’t see to get married. And it’s kind of is in view of the current distress. I look up some commentators and they go eminently this is referring to something going on like in Corinth at that time, had to do with current events. So, what I’m saying is the Bible has a lot to say about everything, but it doesn’t get in the weeds of what was going on locally and neither did the church.

So let me pull up. We have a nation which is experiencing a cycle of self-indulgence. You see it with sexual craziness. Every appetite is on the loose. Demanding and clamoring for more freedom to do what it wants to do. Okay. We get this. But there’s a consequence that comes from that. You could choose to do what you want. You can’t choose the consequences. You could choose to reject Jesus. You can’t choose the consequences of rejecting Jesus. Remember Stephen Covey this way. He said, if I have a stick and I pick up one end of the stick, I could choose to pick up one. The other end automatically comes with it. So, the outcome or the consequence comes with the choices we make. So, I said, Lord, the Bible isn’t talking about current events. It’s talking about principles about how the believer can live in the midst. For instance, be not conformed to this world. I don’t care what was going on in Rome at that time. Temple prostitution, crazy laws, totalitarian overreach from government, having to meet in private. Whatever it was they suffered the loss of their houses in Hebrew. They suffered the loss of their property because of their faith. Whatever that was going on. The teaching was how you see yourself and connected to God in the midst of the crisis. This is very important because there is a great falling away. Mercedes, you talk about it a lot. You say to me, I really think the great falling away is already started. Why do you say that?

Mercedes: Well, I think it doesn’t look like what I thought it was going to look like. So, when I thought about the great falling away, I was going to envision like people turning away From Christ and choosing like atheism or just totally giving up on Christ. I think more so what you see today is a lot of different Jesus’s in the body of Christ. And so, it’s not necessarily turning away from biblical Christ in what I thought you just totally throw Jesus out. It’s redefining him. It’s woke Jesus. It’s come as you are Jesus. It’s deconstructionist Jesus. It’s political Jesus. It’s just you can ask God anything and he’s going to give it to you that like the unhealthy side of the prosperity health and wealth type of a message. So, I look at it and I’m like, it’s actually deception it’s actually confusing thoughts and I think as people turn away from biblical Jesus because we don’t spend enough time in his word it’s being redefined. So anyways, just thoughts that I kick around during the day.

Lance: Fair enough, but I think about what you say a lot because do believe that as Christians let’s say we go into a period. Franklin Graham just spoke at the national believers, the NRB,National Release Broadcasters, right? And Franklin Graham who looks so much now like his dad. It’s kind of freaky. He’s getting older. He’s got the same kind of look. The hair flowing in. And he said he believes that God is showing us a time of persecution is coming for Christians in North America. Well, see a great falling away is when if you’re listening to people saying, oh we’re going to do this. You watch God’s going to do then. It’s going to happen. You keep on believing and getting sucked into the vortex of someone else’s hyper optimism based on them hearing God for you and you’re not listening to what God’s really saying to you. Then you got another Jesus with another spirit and you’re all and then splat. Things go down. Economy goes bankrupt. Military is defeated. Chaos and anarchy, persecution. I didn’t sign up for this.

See, you had to be careful about how you predicate or position your walk with Jesus based on what you expect is going to happen. The only times I’ve ever messed up in life is when I was disappointed and I question whether or not God was real and whether or not I was really saved and just into that vortex of misery and lack of maturity, you just succumb to the pressure of the moment. So, I’ll tell you right. The verse for you is America is going to come through this thing,but America went through a civil war. America went through a revolutionary war. America went through a great depression and our generation has not been tested like previous generations. If we are, we’ll make it but we are completely ill prepared experientially for what that kind of a chapter of history looks like.

But I’m going to tell you you’re going to do fine people. You know why? Because the people who listen to me. The people listen to these broadcasts I know them. They’re more informed than the average person. They’re spiritually more enlightened and they’re listen if you if you could put up with me all these years. You know my position on Donald Trump. You know I had this thing clear on 2016. You know how I’ve been cancelled out on various platforms because of my position on election stuff and on COVID and all these things. And I pay price for that and but it doesn’t matter. I know I’m hearing God. The reason I’m hearing God, I think it’s because we’re on the same page. We’re interested in the truth. We’re more interested in the truth than we are in than even being right. I’m willing to be wrong. I just must know the truth because if you want to be kept from the great deception that Paul warns is coming upon the Earth, you have to keep self from the little deceptions and this verse here is where I wanted to go.

So, I’m looking at first Corinthians chapter 15 verse 10. Paul says, he persecuted the church but by the grace of God, chapter fifteen 15 10, by the grace of God, I am what I am. Sounds like Popeye. I am what I am and his grace toward me did not prove vain but I labored even more than all of them. Paul’s comparing himself to his peers yet not I. It wasn’t me. It was the grace of Godwith me and whether it was I or they so we preached and you believe and then he goes on to talk about Christ being resurrected from the dead. He says, hey, if Christ has preached that he’s been raised from the dead, how does some among you say that there’s resurrection from the dead? He says, man, if there’s a resurrection, I am of all people the most to be pitied. I’ve been beaten up, scarred, whipped, scoured, stoned. He said, why am I doing that if there’s no resurrection but there is a resurrection. Christ is resurrected and I’ve seen him, I’ve met him, and he changed my life.

Man, hold on to the resurrection revelation folks, but the point that I’m making is that Paul says, I am what I am by the grace of God working with me and I want to change in a misunderstanding of grace. Most of us think of grace as the undeserved merited and unmerited favor of God. Well, that’s one aspect of the definition that grace is the undeserved and unmerited goodness of Godbut you see, the Bible says, Jesus was full of grace and truth and Jesus never sinned. So, how did he receive the unearned and unmerited favor of God? There’s another definition of grace and the other definition is the grace Paul’s referring to here. It refers to a steady current of supernatural divine power. It’s the grace of God with me. It wasn’t me. It was an energy that was working through me. Not I but the grace of God and you can plug yourself into the outlet of heaven and God will send in 210 volts of divine anointing into you that will quicken your mortal body. And as a result, you will experience the steady current of divine power. I want you to know that as the last days approaches, as I drove in tonight, I said, wait a second, as the last day’s approach, as Jesus is coming back. There’s a special promise for you in the last days. During the frustration of politics, stolen elections, injustice because lawlessness increases the love of any growing cold. Don’t let your love get cold. Stay hot.

Want you to go to first Peter chapter 113. First Peter chapter 113. I’m going to find it unless someone took it out of my Bible recently. Oh, here it is. First Peter chapter 113. Listen to what Peter says. He says, “Therefore prepare your mind for action. Keep sober in spirit. Fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you”. I’m going to go a minute over folks here in my studio. They’re flagging me down. Give me a minute. Give me a minute of grace here. “Prepare your minds for action”. This is a word for you right now America. Conservative Christian, patriot, Pentecostals, prophetic peoples and all else. Prepare your mind for action. Keep sober in spirit. Fix your hope completely on what? On the grace that is going to be brought to you at the unveiling of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Think about this. There’s a great grace that is coming to us. It’s coming towards us.

I want you to know something. As it gets darker, as we see more lawlessness, as we see people wobbling and waffling, I’ll check out. We’ll do tomorrow night. We’ll find out what’s going on with Charlie Kirk and Chick fil A and are they going? Are they off? What’s happening here? Whatever goes on around you, remember this, the grace of God will keep you from falling. God is able to present you faultless without falling before him. That’s what Jude says, but here it says that there is a grace coming to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ as Jesus is coming closer. The darkness is more intense simply because Satan is being cast down out of his heavenly position and we’re getting as he gets cast down the darkness and the shaking gets more intense. But there’s a grace coming to you also. A steady current of divine power. You got to let God arise on the inside of you. You have to let; you have to make yourself.

Focus on this word. You can’t just go with a few snacks. You’re going to have to have a meal. Jesus said, my words are spirit and they are life and then he turns around and says if you put my words in your heart and meditate upon them, then I will put my words in your mouth cover you with the shadow of my hand to establish the heavens and to establish the earth. I’m talking Isaiah chapter 51:16. God is saying I’ll put my words in your mouth if you’ll feed the force of faith on the inside because there’s a divine quickening power coming to you. Coming to you, so got to let God arise. I have my piano over here. And all Hebrew songs come in a minor key. Remember this one? My voice is so hoarse. I haven’t done this in years.

Let God arise. Let God arise. Let God arise. And let his enemies be scattered and let the righteous, be blesses. Yes, let them rejoice with gladness. God has triumphed. I haven’t done these songs in years. They rush on the cities. They run on the walls. Great is his army that carries out his word. They rush on the city, they run on the walls. Great is his army that carries out his word. The Lord honors his voice before his arms. The Lord utters his voice before his army. Blow the trumpet in Zion, Zion. Sound the alarm in my holy mountain. Blow the trumpet in Zion, Zion. Sound the alarm.

I could go on. Anyway, the Jewish people learn something and that is that when they are under the greatest oppression when they are under the greatest attack that’s the time when you call upon the lord god to arise and I really believe that god’s going to teach us how to push back on the powers of darkness and begin to come with the greatest strength notching not complaining.These politicians are under tremendous pressure up there and so we pray, we don’t curse them. Lord, I pray in Jesus’ name for everyone that is in a position of government in Washington that you will rise up on the inside of them and give them the strength to know good and evil, to discern right from wrong and to feel a holy conviction to do the right thing. I pray for the Christians especially that you’ll break off of them every Jezebel seducing voice and intrigue, every spirit assigned marriage, their purity, their hearts, and their minds. Oh, the darkness that they must be up against and I pray Lord by the power of our agreement right now. The blood of Jesus Christ covers them. Your spirit of grace comes upon them and you give them the ability lord to feel your feelings, think your thoughts, and be drawn by your spirit. I pray for you to surround them with believers. Plant people around them that will be righteous influences. Them and their children, their spouses at home plant influences Lord. For America shall be saved. America shall be saved but it will not come by our might nor by our power but by your spirit. Moving through the body of the Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus name. Hallelujah.

Well so don’t let yourself be discouraged. God is in control and he’s even going to cause all these things to work together for the good of his end time plan.
