Reversing the Curse

Lance: The right time of day for us to talk about what God‘s doing in the Earth. You’re awake for a reason right now and I want you to think about I think you’re at the throne of grace. The spirit of Esther is upon the church raising up a church to come before the throne of God. The scepter of Esther is being extended to you in this teaching tonight and I’m going to teach you about the signet ring anointing. How to seal a decree and release an authoritative document so to speak in the spirit that manifest in the natural. Get your Bible, open up to Esther, and let’s go.

I’ve been looking at the book of Esther and the reason why we look at the book of Esther is because it’s the hidden work of God. God‘s name isn’t mentioned on the surface, it’s embedded in the codes. There’re literally codes with words going backwards and forwards in the Hebrew that reveal the name of Yahweh the majesty of God, the goodness of God. Even talks about Haman and it’s refers to Haman stinks. It’s crazy but it says that backwards when Haman is talking. You got to remember this you look at America, you look at the world, those of you that are concerned about what’s going on. The providence of God the pro which is future and [INAUIDBLE WORD 01:14] which is video. God literally gives you a future video. He’s got the story in a sense overseas overseeing the story and he’s causing it to work out the way he wants it to. So, the things I want to point out now is the Mordecai chapter about the insomnia of the king and some of you are up late watching this to be interesting. The king can’t sleep. He can’t sleep because God is keeping him awake to remind him of someone who did a hidden work in his kingdom.You see, when you do things, you give in secret, the Bible says, so the Lord can reward you openly. You give, you do things in secret so that people don’t know so that God in a sense manifest his blessing on you later from what you did in private because God sees.

Now, in Esther chapter 6, the king couldn’t sleep and he commanded the records to be read and his servants to him about what Mordecai did but I didn’t get to read you last week was what Mordecai did because of the press of time. Let’s go to chapter 2 verse 19. “When virgins were gathered together a second time, Mordecai sat within the king’s gate”. “Now, Esther had not revealed her family and her people just as Mordecai charged her. For Esther obeyed the command of Mordecai when she was brought up by him”. Interesting thing. Esther’s what we might call a ninja sheep. She’s been told to keep her Jewish identity subordinate right now. Don’t be putting your Israeli bumper sticker out there and she’s being instructed by Mordecai because he’s trying to tell her we need to be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove.

There’s a time perhaps to reveal your identity and very wisely told her that because Haman is plotting to kill every Jew and that would have included her except Haman didn’t know she was Jewish. Interesting idea here. So, in those days Mordecai sat within the king’s gate there again at the seat of authority. He sat at the gate of government and I’m telling you Esther is a type of the church, Mordecai is a type of the believer in government and the two of them together though they’re of low order can work together in the Providence of God and overturn antichrist conspiracies at the highest level of government. Somebody should be listening to this right now and needs to hear this.

“Now, in those days while Mordecai sat within the king’s gate, two of the king’s eunuchs, Bigthan and Teresh, doorkeepers, became furious and sought to lay hands on King Ahasuerus.Lay hands on not to bless him, not to pray for healing, to assassinate him”. “So, the matter somehow became known to Mordecai. Mordecai told Queen Esther. Esther informed the king in Mordecai’s name. That you have a man since your gate has overheard a conspiracy and here’s who it is”. “When an inquiry was made into the matter, it was confirmed and both were hanged on the gallows and it was written in the book of the Chronicles in the presence of the King”.

Now the king is going to reward Mordecai later because he can’t sleep. But notice the devil’s at work at the same time. God‘s at work and the devil’s at work. After these things King Ahasueruspromoted Haman the Agite a seat above everybody else. The king commanded that everyone should bow and honor him but Mordecai refused to bow to him. He refused to bow to this man. And so, this is when the plot was conceived. The bitterness of destroying all the Jews. And Haman did it the same way. It was done in Stalin’s regime and in Mao’s regime and it could be done easily in the United States and here’s how they do it. They find a law like hate speech. These people teach the Bible and the Bible says a homosexuality is a sin and that’s hate speech. They’ll find laws. Satan will create a law. Devil did that with Daniel. Create a law that he can’t pray three times a day. What are you going to do? The devil will create a law that trip wires your conscience require you to do what violates your conscience. At that moment, you must be disobedient. You must stand and not bow. So, Haman says, “There’s certain people that are defying your laws and they don’t keep your laws and it’s not fitting for the king to let them remain”. The kings, he said, if it pleases the king, let a decree be written that these be destroyed.

In fact, I’m going to pay you 10, 000 talents of silver into the hands of those who do the work and they’re going to and they’ll plunder these people. In other words, I’m going to put $20 million dollars into a purge of these people out of your empire and then all the plunder that we get from them which will be easily $50–million dollars. I’m going to bring it and give it to you. All in this for you and I’ll pick up the price and you’ll come out even stronger and more prosperous and you’ll get rid of these people. Well, the king seduced by this deal like the Antichrist will do deals in order to break up the nations that are resistant to the beast system and he’ll divide the spoils with the other rulers. You’ll see this. This is all part of what the Book of Revelation describes. So, if it is the king. I’ll do that. So, the king took the verse ten I want you to catch us.

“The king took his signet ring from his hand and gave it to Haman”. Now this is so important. Hey, he says, the king says to Haman, “The money and the people are given to you”. In other words, I don’t need the plunder. You pay for the operation. You get rid of these people. Keep the 50 million. I don’t need it. You keep it. Wow. Haman has got a deal here. So, the signet ring was given and the signet ring was given because the signet ring is as important as the scepter. What you’re going to see repeatedly five times in this book is the scepter of Esther. The scepter is the king’s authority that extends out from his throne and when he extends it out, you can approach the throne and make a request.

The other big object in the story that has significance or it wouldn’t be in there is the ring because the ring was kind of like if you ever saw a her when they have a big wax you know contract you put the ring in the ring was the gold credit card. Your ring basically was the insignia of your house of your treasury of your family estate and when you put that into the wax. It was as though you’re creating a legal contract. Now I want you to catch this. The authority of the throne of Godhas associated with it in here the signet ring or the authority to seal a deal in God‘s presence that has binding authority in its execution on the earth. This is called prevailing prayer in the name of Jesus. The signet ring anointing is the name of Jesus when you have spoken what God wants you to speak it’s sealed at the throne of God it is decreed and executed on the earth. It’s a very powerful concept. So, the king took his signet ring from his hand and he gave it to Haman. Here,“My ring” because you’re going to need my authority to do this.

So, it says, “He goes ahead and he writes the command and it’s revealed in every province according to the script to every people in every language and the name of King Ahasuerus as it was written”. And look at this verse 12, “And sealed with the king’s own ring. From the throne”. The letters were sent out to destroy, to kill, to annihilate. Three words, to destroy, kill, to annihilate the Jewish people. This is more, this is a bigger purge than Hitler was able to accomplish because it would’ve wiped out all the Jews except for a remnant struggling in Jerusalem. And actually, it would have extended to them too. It would have extended to the authority in the region in Jerusalem to wipe out all the Jews that were struggling in their 42,000 there to build their houses and build a temple.

So, they were going to both young and old, little children and women. In one day, on the 13th day of the 12 month which is the month of Adar to plunder there, it’s funny how all the tragedies that happened in Israel happened during the month of Adar. Someone told me, this is when they get attacked. This is when the terrorism happened. This is when wars start. In the month of Adar. It’s kind of like a weird kind of principle but what I want you to see here is so important is that the date that was chosen was done in chapter three verse seven by an occult ceremony where they cast the lot for the divine spirits. The prince of Persia to put the day down to destroy the Jewish people but as you remember, Daniel had prayed and he had ward with the prince of Persia in the heavenlies and the prince of Persia had been baffled and bound by the intercession that had already gone before this moment by Daniel. Now, the King has already done the transaction. The date has been set. The document and the decree goes forth. So, the king and Haman sat down to drink and they got drunk and partied and celebrated their great victory. Haman is on top of the world right now. He’s happy but like I said, the king is about to have a moment. So, Mordecai is praying and fasting and he says to the Queen Esther that she’s going to have to go before the king and she’s going to have to go into his presence unrequested.

Now, I want you to see something. Chapter 4 verse 11. “All the king’s servants and the people of the king’s province know that any man or woman who goes into the inner court to the king who has not been called, he has but one law put them to death”. If they approach that throne, if they approach his court and they weren’t asked to come there by him, death. “Except the one to whom the king holds out the golden scepter that they may live”. And so, she says to Mordecai her uncle. She goes, I haven’t been called there. Mordecai, I haven’t he hasn’t asked for me you want me to just go unannounced. He said to her interesting word. Now watch this. She said, he hasn’t even called me in 30 days. “Mordecai told the answer to Esther. Do not think in your heart that you will escape. Because you’re in the king’s palace. Any more than any other Jew”. “For if you remain completely silent at this time relief and deliverance will arise from the Jews from another place but you and your father’s house will perish. Who knows whether have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

The number of Christians that talk about who knows but that you came for such a time as this and for such a time as this and nobody catches the first part. The favor of God that promoted you, the grace of God that positioned you, the prosperity that God gave to you will all be lost if you don’t obey what God tells you to do in this moment. If you don’t obey what God tells you to do in this moment, you lose it all and by the way, you’ll die. Now, how’s that for a word? Godgave this to you for a reason and God gave it to you for this moment and if you don’t obey, here’s the beautiful thing. Mordecai says, prophetically, deliverance is going to rise, honey. I believe God‘s given me faith to believe to know that we’re going to make it but you’re not going to make it. I want you to make it. This means that you’re in a moment where you could die if you disobey but you risk your life if you do obey. Folks, that’s the Mordecai moment. That’s the Esther moment for the end time church.

It’s right now upon us my friends. Don’t think you’re going to escape. She goes, alright. You go gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan and fast for me, neither eat nor drink for 3 days. I’m in a corporate fast. I’m talking about a total. I’m going to risk my life and go into my husband’s chambers. I didn’t seen him in a month. Who knows? Probably it’s another woman with him now. I’m going to go in there and I’m going to go announced and if I perish, I perish. If I die, I die. What a courageous statement. Not a great faith statement not like God goes with me but if I die, I die. She was willing to lay down her life.

“Now, it happened on the third day after that prayer and fasting that Esther put on her royal robe stood in the inner court of the king’s palace across from the king’s house”. Chapter 5 verse 1. “While the king sat on his royal throne in the royal house face from the entrance of the house. It wasn’t when the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court”. Here it is. That she found El Favor. Favor is kind of like a mysterious thing. I look at it like this. Favor is like when the honey of God comes down upon you and people’s disposition is suddenly warm with the affection of God, the trust of God, the attraction of God. Satan has seducing spirits, witchcraft, manipulation, charm, seduction but God has a pure opposite spirit. It’s called favor. When the favor of God is on you, people are drawn to you. They trust you. They like you. They’re drawn. They have the affection of God draws and the favor of God came upon the king and the king said, ‘I want Esther. Bring her ear. Oh good. It’s Esther. I was thinking about her today. I was going to call for her today and look she’s right here. I miss her. I haven’t seen her in 30 days.’

So, Esther comes in and of course, he extends the scepter which is the symbol for the extended favor of God to you to approach the throne of grace. At the appropriate time, there are times for transactions with heaven that are especially powerful. “So, Esther answered if it pleases the king, let the king and Haman come today to a banquet I prepared”. This is so cool. They have their banquet of wine and the king says to Esther, alright, I know you want something. Everybody that sets up these divine appointments want something. Honey, what do you want? You can have whatever you want. She goes, how about one more party? Not now. I just love being with you. Can I just be with you one more time? Really? Are you serious? That’s what you want. You can have anything you want, honey. Just you. It’s all I want. Me? How about him? Yeah, Haman can come too. Okay. So, if I found favor in the sight of the king and it pleases the king to grab a petition, let the king and Haman come to the banquet which I prepare for them so they go to banquet number two.

Now, that night, the king can’t sleep. He asked for the books. The books come. He says, I can’t sleep. Read to me. Give me some updates as what’s going on around here in my kingdom. They said, well, there was an assassination attempt. Yeah, yeah, I was sorted. No, but there’s a guy named Mordecai who? Yeah, Mordecai. What was done for him? Nothing? Look at the timing of God. You see, you do your good works in secret and God rewards you openly in his timing but what perfect timing? Because Haman is the guy has to walk around promoting Mordecai on his horse saying this shall be done for the man he was furious because this is the guy he wants to kill. But his friends say this is so good for you buddy I mean you know the king’s promoting him isn’t he one of the guys your assassin and he goes, I know it’s complicated.

Well, what happens is they have their second banquet and you guys know the story but it’s so relishing to go through it. “The king and Haman went to dine with Queen Esther”. In chapter 7and on the second day at the banquet of wine the king again said to Esther, what do you want Queen? Anything you want honey. It’ll be granted. And Queen Esther answered if I found favor there it is again people favor in your sight and if it pleases the king.” Let my life be given to me don’t kill me don’t kill me and don’t kill my people that’s my request. We’ve been sold my people and I to be destroyed, to be killed, to be annihilated. We’ve been sold as male and female slaves. I would have held my tongue. Though the enemy could never compensate for the king’s lost to his empire”. Like my loyal uncle, Mordecai there and saved you. So, King Ahasuerus answered and said, “Who? Who is threatening your life, honey?” “And then she says, it’s that wicked guy sitting next to you, Haman”. Oh my gosh. This is as good as David and Goliath. This is a Bible story of Bible stories. It’s him, that guy.

And Esther said, so Haman was terrified for the King and the Queen. There comes a time when the body of Christ becomes the bride of Christ. There comes a time when the church enters into its royal capacity and it has authority. There’re times when you have authority over demons and principalities and Satan fears what you’ve got. The king arose, took it in, realized he made a deal with his ring and he realized he’s stuck in a bind and his wife’s involved and he’s furious. He gets up angry. Now, Haman seen this king mad but remember, he cut people in half before. He ain’tgoing to mess around now. He kills you if you come to his throne without the appropriate invitation. “So, the king arose from the banquet of wine”. He’s a little bit drunk and he’s angry, he walks into the garden to try to, what am I going to do? While he’s walking around in there, Haman realized that this king’s going to kill me. He’s going to come in. I know him. I know him. “When the king returned from the palace guard to the place of the banquet of wine, Haman in his desperation to make it an appeal to Esther”.

Oh, this is so sad. He trips. He trips. I don’t know. He tripped over a cushion. He lands on top of Esther. He looks like he’s trying to make out with her. This is what it looks like. He looks like he’s clearly. “He’s fallen across the couch and landed on Esther and the king said, what are you going to assault my wife while I’m in the house? As the word left his mouth”. The guards, they said, that’s it baby. They grabbed him and covered his face with a bag. He’s dead. They carry him out. And now one of the king’s eunuch said, “Look the gallows is 50 cubits high which Haman made from Mordecai it’s so who spoke on the king’s behalf. Remember Mordecai the God saved your life. Well, it’s still standing there at Haman’s house the king said, oh, he’s got gallows to hang Mordecai on hang him on the gallows. So, they hang Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai and the king’s wrath subsided”. “On that day King Ahasuerus gave Queen Esther the house of Haman the enemy of the Jews and Mordecai came before the king Esther told how he was related to my uncle”. And oh, that’s the guy that saved my but this is funny how this works you guys are good guys. “So, the king took off his signet ring which he had taken from Haman. He took it off Haman’s finger before he hung him. He had it and he gave it to Mordecai”.

Now Mordecai is about to write a new decree with the scepter extended. He writes a decree that will Do the sealed decree by at least allowing the Jews to defend themselves. They can rise up and save themselves from the persecution of the antichrist, the systemize. All the prophecies here about America turning around. Everything you hear prophesied is going to require this anointing. “Lancewallnau.com/Courage”. Get this teaching.

Now, I got like 5 minutes left. I’m going to go over to the great electro whiteboard. I’m so happy that my friends at Daystar, this isn’t as grand as the one at Day Star. The one at Daystar is huge. This is a little one compared to that but I want you to see something. Mordecai here he’s worshiping the Lord and he has this relationship with the King Ahasuerus. Now remember what’s going on here this king is a ruthless heathen ruler. He has actually no good relationship with the Jews they’re all hostages of his kingdom. But watch this. Mordecai when he finds out about the plot to kill the King. He does something which I would suggest to you is an insight on what we should remember. Got to be careful with these pens. They splash. What he does is he doesn’t look at the king. He looks at God. He looks at the throne of God. I’m going to put this cloud here. He looks at God‘s throne. He looks at the Lord God. Can you guys see this? He looks at the throne. He looks at God. Now, this is the verse I told you about earlier in Colossians. That when you’re working for a man, work as unto the Lord, not the man. Work unto the Lord because the Lord who sees will himself repay you.

Now, this is a principle in the Bible that is so strong because we have a lot of hostility and strife. There’re so many people that are adversarial to the church and I want to make sure that we’re operating in the right alignment. We’re not against everybody. We’re actually for people because what Mordecai did was when the plot was there, he prayed to God, he served God and then he warned the king. He actually blessed the king by revealing the plot and the result was that Godrepaid him with promotion. And this is the biblical model and I want you to see how this actually works. When you serve the Lord and not man, your boss, your employer and you say, well, do you understand? They’re really jerks. They’re really mean. Well, you see, you pray to God on their behalf. The Bible says to pray for not against. I don’t pray against. I don’t pray against anyone. I want you to think about this.

Well, I don’t like people like they have this with the president. I don’t care. God allow this guy to operate in the seat of authority. God is the one as the ruler. He puts up one, puts down another. If man puts him in and God isn’t in it, you still have a responsibility to pray for rules. When did Paul say to pray for rulers and for those who are in authority? When Nero was in charge. You have to pray for the heathen. You pray for the heathen in order that we may lead a Godly and peaceable life and what God can do is when you’re praying for them, you serve as under the Lord, not under the person, then you pray for then God‘s grace is upon you and then what happens? Many of these get saved or many of these their evil is overruled for the kingdom of God. In the case of this hidden king who had plotted to kill all the Jews, what happened? He finds out that this Jew isn’t an enemy after all. God used this man’s mercy and submission and obedience and turned it around so that he ends up promoted into the very place that Haman had.

We pray for people not against people. We pray for God to get; you know you got like if you have like a pilot on a plane. I don’t want to curse the pilot because he happens to be in the pilot seat. I pray for God‘s wisdom. God‘s grace. God‘s ability. And I pray for God to switch out the pilots. Don’t crash the plane especially when you’re on it. I pray for America to make it through this storm. Father I pray in Jesus name that all of us will have this grace upon us that we will realize we’re praying for and not against. And then we do that the boomerang hits us and that even if they are judged, the grace of God comes back to us for we seek peace with all men and we seek for you to save them that are lost and establish your kingdom in the mighty name of Jesus.
