I saw a job advertisement sign like a Kingdom governmental vacancy. There are new openings in cities and in regions, so the Lord will move people in this next season. Export will increase and cross-pollination will increase which will bring about greater unity and explosive communities that transform their cities in ways that we haven’t seen before.

The shifting you are feeling is the heavens and the earth quaking as mighty movements are arising. What defines movements is that the Lord is uniting ministries and streams together for specific Kingdom causes on the earth. We will see unexpected collaboration with different church denominations that have come from previous movements.
