How perfect is it that October 31st is Reformation Day? A day when Martin Luther confronted the theology of the Catholic Church, nailing his 95 theses to the Wittenburg door. As a scholar, Luther was questioning the Catholic doctrine, hoping that they would reform. How perfect that this landed on Satan’s holiday, Halloween. Halloween incidentally, is a perversion of All Saints Day, a Christian holiday. Did you know that?
During the dark ages, Halloween found its fertile soil out of bad theology in the Church. And how appropriate that Halloween is on Reformation Day! Of course, that’s when we have all the mischief of all the political people under the influence of principalities and ambitious lusts in Washington D.C. seeking to derail the country from its God-appointed intervention!
