Intelligence officer reveals the TRUTH about FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago

Lance: O Boy, O Boy, do I have a show for you guys today in the Lance Wallnau Show. We’re doing something, we’ve really not done before. I’ve got a hold of one of the key legal members of Judicial Watch who is working on exposing the behind-the-scenes story at Mar-a-Lago. And what insight you’re about to hear, breaking news type stuff. This guy here happens to have a background in intelligence services, so that you’ve not only got a speaking to us about the break in from a legal point of view. You’ve also got an insight in terms of the intelligence breakdown of what’s really happening with the documentation. 

Now after that segment with that interview where I’m going to give some breaking news on who I think is the leak in the secret service that is working with the Department of Justice that exposed Trump. There’s always somebody in the house Satan tries to plant somebody at your table who will betray you. I’m going to share with you that insight. But we have a second part a part two of this interview which I think is so very important. It’s from the State Department. Awoman who is a PHD worked in the area of International Development Pompeo and with the Trump White House. And what she says is amazing. Welcome to the Lance Wallnau Show. We always make it a point to have information you don’t get from other places. I don’t want to ever be redundant. We all get these news fees but I got Mercedes Sparks over here whose job is to spark the conversation with the punctuated with any corrections to what I said that are inaccurate.

Mercedes: Or incisive commentary.

Lance: An incisive comment.

Mercedes: Every once in a while, or something.

Lance: Every once in a while, that’s right. Most of all. It’s like Andrew Womack last night. I was doing his Truth & Liberty. He said wow we have Lance Wallnau. He’s mostly a blessing. I said,what do you mean he’s mostly an Andrew Womack mostly a blessing. Alright, listen I’ve got Chris Farrell from Judicial Watch. One of our new contacts that we have that helps us to know and interpret what’s going on. Judicial Watch is famous for doing these foyer request and getting information out that the left always wants to hide. I don’t know why they are this way. They say,we want transparency and then we have to have judicial watch constantly legally basically challenge them to give us information. Chris, welcome to the show.

Chris: Great to be with you, Lance. Thanks very much.

Lance: Now, you’re right there in Washington DC in the Belly of the Beast. Is that correct?

Chris: That is correct.

Lance: Alright. So, from your window, you can tell us what’s going on right now over there in the Biden White House and give us an update. I need to know what is your present assessment of the Mar-a-Lago debate going on in terms of the Department of Justice, the redacted contents of the reason for having to do a raid with the FBI. Give us your perspective on what happened.

Chris: Okay, so for context, I’ve been at Judicial Watch for 23 years and before that, I was a special agent of army counterintelligence. So, I’ve done the types of investigations that the FBI is purportedly doing. I’ve tracked down people who are stealing secrets, giving them foreign governments, all those sorts of things. So, I know that I’ve speak, I’ve done it for a living. The Mar–a–Lago warrant is very very weak T. It is thin stuff. There’s no compelling case based on anything that was publicly made available. There’s stuff that maybe in the redacted area that has some blockbuster language in it. But based upon the introduction and then the parts that are already made available, there’s no there and you have to remember the sequence of events.

President Trump under the Presidential Records Act, all the documents that he decides he wants to take with him, are his. The stuff that’s classified he can declassify. And the reason I say that is because Judicial Watch went into court 10 years ago trying to get Clinton records the same type of records. Stuff that Bill Clinton had taken with him out of the White House. And we lost in court. We have a ruling from a judge. Judge Amy Berman Jackson here in DC that says the president alone has reviewable, absolute authority for all papers that are presidential records. Absolute, unreviewable authority. And the entire classification system exists to support the president making decisions using classified information.

So, anything that he did declassified on the way out the door of the White House is declassified. And whatever he says is a presidential record or belongs to as a personal record is a personal record. So, this entire song and dance you’ve seen played out where the president narrowed the national archives came to the president and said, oh, we want this we want that. The FBI got involved. The whole thing is a put-up job. It’s phony. Because we have a court order. A decision from a judge. Amy Berman Jackson right here in the Youth District Court about Bill Clinton’s papers. Actually, about recordings he did with a historian named Taylor Branch. We thought the recording be part of the public record. They said, no drop dead. It’s ours and they won.

So, all those documents and records President Trump had are his. He was a nice guy. He made a mistake. He was too nice of a guy. And he engaged in a debate with them over which records to keep or which records to give back. Whether some could be put in the archives or not. But in the end, he has absolute unreviewable authority over that. And so, I don’t understand why he’s been so nice, frankly. I don’t understand why he’s been so cooperative with the archives and the FBI.But okay, so he was and he did cooperate. Great, that’s the facts. The facts are the FBI and the archives. They indexed everything that he had.

There’re no surprises. He gave some back, he kept some the stuff, he kept. They indexed everything. They said, you got to change the lock on the storage facility. He did, he improved the lock. The president went into a meeting with the FBI and the archives and said, anything you guys need will get to you, I cooperate with 100%. That was in June. Suddenly in August, they have to raid the building. And look, even if you hate Trump. Even if you think everything in the world horrible about him. There were his records in a secure facility on a presidential compound guarded by Secret Service.

What is the likelihood of compromise? Who’s going to get at those records that shouldn’t have access to him? The answer is no body. So, how do you have a search warrant to bust down doors when they were already all sitting together at the table talking and negotiating in June. They secured it the way they wanted it. It’s all guarded by secret service but now you have to come in and break down a door and rifle through everything. Why? And that’s the problem with the search warrant at Mar–a–Lago.

Lance: So, his attorneys have to be able to have access to the actual subpoena. The document there has they have to be able to see the unredacted, don’t they? I mean they have to.

Chris: That is part of the problem. We were the very first people to go into court. We went into court Tuesday; the raid was Monday. Tuesday afternoon, we were in court we filed a motion to unseal all the underlying material concerning that warrant. Because we want to what’s there. We want to see what’s there. And the idea that they have to keep large portions of it redacted even that’s phony. And why is it phony? Because the radar happened. It’s a done deal. It’s history. You can’t unring the bell and supposedly that raid allowed them to either stop a crime from occurring or interdict. Either they either recover the evidence of a crime or they interdicted a crime. That’s the reason why you get a warrant.

So why in the world after the fact can’t you reveal more information? Even that’s they have a real problem with this warrant, because the law doesn’t line up with it, because we have a court opinion that proves it and the facts don’t up with it. So that leads me to believe this is all a political hit job. This is an effort to try to further muddy up the president. Make the public think he stole classified documents or whatever. It is a smear job of the highest order and again realize this guy may very well run for president. Again, it’s a political opponent that they’re targeting this way. And it goes right back into the White House. We know that.

Lance: So, I have a question I want to ask you in a moment about, what the paperwork problem was with Trump’s attorneys. Because now I’m reading the spin on that his lawyers didn’t respond with the right paperwork. I don’t know if that’s true or not, because it could be like the nuclear code could be just planted stories as a side up thing. But I’m interested in knowing where does this Mercedes, did you have anything you wanted to ask while we’re on the subject?

Mercedes: Yeah, I was thinking the same thing like what’s Trump’s next move? Like at this point, how’s he going to hit back?

Chris: Yeah, I mean he’s filed for his lawyers have asked for a special master to get involved in reviewing the records that were taken. Because the FBI shouldn’t have access he claims and I believe the president. He claims that there was attorney client privilege material in there.Meaning, records and papers that he had shared with his attorneys and gotten their legal opinions on and their work product, they’re back and forth with them about legal opinions. The FBI can’t have access to. They’re not supposed to. So, the special master is supposed to get in and review all the papers to see who is supposed to get what.

The problem I think is number one, I’m very cynical, okay. So, when you go in and you ask a special master to evaluate, all you’re doing is asking for another government attorney, right.Another guy who draws a paycheck from the US Treasury. Maybe he’s wearing a black robe, maybe he isn’t. But it’s another government official to come in and review documents that the government has, right. So, I’m very leery. I’m very skeptical of it. It’s kind of an inside game in that point. And so, I fall back on our experience and our legal finding, the order we have from Judge Amy Berman Jackson that says that the president has absolute unreviewable authority on all these records. And that’s what my position would be.

I would say look this has already been litigated. There’s already a federal court decision, I win.Give me everything back effective immediately and everything I had to begin with was mine and it was undeclasified by me. Nobody can overcall that. Nobody can second guess me on that.

Lance: That would be what you want to see him do. But my suspicion is that they’re going to drip feed for the next 10 weeks, salacious stimulating kind of Steel dossier type intriguing tidbits about We are now opening up an investigation into this and into that and in the relationship between Trump enterprises with blah blah blah. And am I being cynical? We only got 50 seconds on this segment or is that not what’s going to happen?

Chris: No, you hit the nail in the head. They don’t want to any of the facts getting out and that would be the records and documents that they’ve sworn to. That sworn affidavit. They don’t want that getting out. What they’d rather do is have their friends make phone calls, have a meeting at the coffee shop, the whispering campaign, the phony–baloney double talk. And like you said, dribble out 3 or 4, 5 totally phony stories just like they did with Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, all the other nonsense we put up with for years. They love pedaling these stories and making stuff sensational. That’s what they’ll do.

Dr. Shea Bradley: Hey Lance, thank you for having me.

Lance: I’m glad you’re here. One of the things really disturbs me most is when I would go to the to Jerusalem and I would do like a UN event. I do it at one of the religious fees because I’m part Jewish. I got family members and we’d meet with different heads of state. So many in Africa would come up to me and the Middle East and they’d say, why is your government forcing us through the State Department to have to wave the LGBT flag? Our funding is tied into us being indoctrinated by your cultural values. Our country whether it’s Muslim or Christian influence,doesn’t agree with you. Could you please, I mean then I’m talking to you for a moment, for the broadcast and I realized I wasn’t alone in that experience. You worked with cultural affairs like this. What in the world is going on? What is the state department doing? Evangelizing the world with America’s wackiest latest trend?

Dr. Shea Bradley: Yeah, actually they are. They don’t seem to have an ear for what countries want that we are giving foreign aid to and they don’t have an ear for what taxpayers agree on. My beginning in this began back in the Obama administration when I found out that we were spending billions to promote an LGBT ideology overseas with our foreign aid. I make that distinction, because it is an ideology that we are pushing. I’m not talking about the State Department protecting the human rights of homosexuals who in some countries in very rare cases are getting their heads cut off or thrown off buildings because they’re homosexual. We should be protecting that. But I’m talking about actual course curriculum that the US Agency for International Development is putting into schools around the world in these developing countries that teach kids how to understand lesbian, gay, transgender issue.

Just let me give you a picture of this. I have the curriculum I could show you. Scales, pictures of scales for school children where on this side of the scale, this I feel very homosexual today. On this side I feel very heterosexual. On this side I feel like a boy. On this side I feel like a girl and then students can decide on the scale how they feel that day. This is the kind of stuff. I can show you a curriculum like I said that we’re sending over and it’s beyond that. It’s like that. You said,we’re flying flags in countries where they don’t believe in these things. I had mentioned to you.Go ahead. I’m sorry.

Lance: No, it’s so intriguing to me. But I mean this is something the average American ought to know that the majority of the nations out there don’t need the Planned Parenthood inoculation,because they’re actually not. I mean, we were battling over abortion as an issue. But if you look at the data globally, most countries already have a settled immorality about abortion. They don’t think it’s something to celebrate or a right to pursue and the same thing goes with the LGBT agenda. They’re not pro homosexual trying to get more of it. It’s the United States is trying to in a sense pollute the world. You talk about we’re all worried about pollution. They’re polluting the whole globe with our agenda and I don’t think it goes over very well.

Dr. Shea Bradley: It does not go over well. I also have had people from Central Europe, from the Middle East, from Africa, come up to me when I’m traveling or actually make an appointment to come and see me in my office to say, can you help us? Your government is pushing things into our country that number one, we don’t need and number two is against our religious belief and against our culture. You mentioned abortion and that’s also a big deal. So,pew research, pew research has shown that the majority of the of countries around the world believe homosexuality is immoral. This is not in my words, so please don’t jump down my throat. They believe abortion is immoral. So, we’re sending people over there and we’re sending money over to these to push things and it is a question of freedom of religion and it is also something, it’s a question of something that I call cultural imperialism or ideological colonization. So, we’re going into countries and they don’t want this kind of stuff and we’re pushing it in them and it’s really, it’s not a great approach to foreign policy.

Lance: Wow. A cultural imperialism and ideological what was it? Indoctrination or what?

Dr. Shea Bradley: Colonization.

Lance: Oh colonization. Oh my gosh.

Dr. Shea Bradley: Like we’re involved again and colonialism but at this time, it’s with social ideology that they do not want.

Lance: My gosh, it’s shocking. Alright, you’re a subject matter expert, doctor. I want you to jump around the globe right now. Give me some other thoughts. What do we need to know about Ukraine that we don’t know about Ukraine?

Dr. Shea Bradley: Well, I think this is somewhat of an unpopular view but I think that it’s right. It’s also backed up by Prime Minister Viktor Orban that the left has had a real problem with our own administration in the EU. That the Hungary feels the same way. I think that this war is going to continue to draw out unless we get a leader who can go to the EU and try to broker some sort of peace deal. Like I said, this is not popular but Ukraine, it is not in their best interest right now what’s going on. And they’re not winning and Russia will continue to grind out. You look historically at Chechnya at what happened there when Russia got done with it. It was like a lunar landscape.

So, the Ukrainians I think it would be in their best interest for us to broker some sort of peace deal. And as far as the United States goes, we are sending, yeah, I saw recently other 775 million for security assistance, three billion more for something else. We have appropriated over $54 billion dollars and here’s the kicker. We don’t know where it’s going. Ukraine’s not allowed oversight people or accountability personnel. So, we don’t know where it’s going. What about taxpayers again, Lance? What about taxpayers?

Lance: I’ll tell you where it’s going. It’s going to the criminal oligarchs are lining their pockets. Remember this is like the third most corrupt country in the world at one point when it was ranked. Which is part of the reason why President Trump said, ‘Hey, with the Burisma Hold. We even know the names of the corrupt shell companies. Hey, what’s going on with the Hunter Biden laptop? What’s going on over there?’ And he gets impeached over daring to probe the underbelly of the corrupt setup is over there. So, you have to worry about being unpopular. We’ve been saying this thing all along. I’m glad to hear somebody else agrees with me.

Dr. Shea Bradley: Yeah, you’re right.

Lance: Alright. So, and I’ll go one step further. Providentially, as much as I think what Putin has done is inexcusable in terms of his impact on the civilian population is stuck in the meat grinder over there. The reality is the Davos crowd, the European Union, the World Economic Forum, and their corrupt perverse sharing of American ideology and environmentalist extremism. They’re operating in such a way that they were a threat to Russia’s own sovereign nationalist ambitions.Putin basically pulled out, what he pulled out. They got more belligerent and more and they started pushing back on him and I’ll tell you what I really believe.

Our State Department has a lot of very pro LGBTQ sympathizing agents of indoctrination and Russia is anti that because of their Greek Orthodox or their Orthodox Russian Orthodox Church influence and so we wanted to take out Russia. We have an ideological contempt for Russia that has a lot to do with the fact that Russia doesn’t agree with our culture. So, I think what Putin actually has done providentially is spiked a nail into the tire of the progress of the EU and now they’re paying and this winter they’re going to pay literally Russia in order to stay warm. We only got 2 minutes left. I got so much I want to talk bout which we can’t get into. But maybe realquick, you been to the border in the United States. Is it possible in one minute to explain what you discovered?

Dr. Shea Bradley: No. But I can tell you something that your listeners don’t hear about very often. This whole narrative that the Biden administration has of Humane Orderly and Safe and oh we have to care for the illegal immigrants. It’s a bunch of baloney. I personally have talked to law enforcement down there. Federal and local law enforcement and they are overwhelmed in their words of the number of people that are coming across and Lance, you guys know this. You have to collaborate with Mexican cartels, corrupt Mexican cartels in order to come to this country illegally. So, they have no regard for human life and I have personally seen the stash houses where they traffic people from these houses into the interior and in the words of a police officer down there, that’s where bad things happen. And he said, he’s tired of seeing rape victims, gunshot victims, the agents are demoralized by this.

And last thing I’ll say is under the Biden administration we have seen the CBP no longer record the deaths of illegal immigrants coming across. And you know why this is? From me going down and talking to people. I have found this because the numbers are increasing. A guy down in Texas not even in border county. He about maybe 30, 40 miles in. He said, I am tired of picking up these dead bodies. I need help.
