Episode Transcript
Lance: We have a remarkable program today. I did an interview with Amanda Grace. Amanda Grace has a fairly substantial prophetic audience and every now and then I run into her doing podcast when we’re on the Clay Clark Reawaken America Tour. Today, I wanted to discuss with her what’s going on in the prophetic community. She’s really in the middle of a lot of it. So, we compare notes and we came up with some shocking and interesting insights. You don’t want to miss.
Welcome again to the Lance Wallnau Show. I am so glad that you’re with us today and every day is a different subject and it’s a different kind of, it goes so fast. I’m telling you; I can’t believe that I’m out of time all the time and I hopefully it’s the same experience for you. We never already done it. We don’t waste time. We always try to give you something that is not said someplaceelse, because you don’t need that. But what I have now is a very interesting segment with a friend of mine, Amanda Grace, who is known as a prophetic voice who’s emerged, I think during the whole period of the turbulence of the last couple of years. Like I have speaking to a lot of Christians that are observing the political chaos in the country and saying, well, what’s going on.
of course, we have Jonathan Khan with the Harbinger predicting meltdown for America only to be followed by the surprise emerges of Donald Trump which was the opposite of a meltdown it was a surprise demonstration of God. Which reminds me just when my apocalyptic Jewish anxieties are at a peak, God surprises me with the grace and strength of his own purposes and plans. So, Amanda Grace, come join us today and welcome to the Lance Wallnau Show and to the folks that haven’t had a chance to get to know you before. We’ve been, I’ve actually run into a lot of the Clay Clark tour. I think it was the Clay Clark Tour but also it was I think we might have done; we did podcast at those events. That’s how come I remember you in a podcast context. So, we’re how do people normally relate to you? Are you considered a prophetic voice, a commentator on the times? How do they normally describe you?
Amanda: Well, I’ve heard myself described quite a bit as a prophetic voice as somebody that, teaches and gives insight, what’s going on in the world to cycles that are going on today. So,basically, that’s how and I’m kind of also for having an animal sanctuary. Some people call me a female prophesied Noah.
Lance: Oh yeah. Is that okay? A female Noah and you’ve got an animal sanctuary there. Is that what I heard? Well, at least you’re not like Laura Logan where the animals are all over the set walking around because she’s got like two or three cats that kind of like jump up on the table and you’re interviewing her. It’s kind of crazy. How many animals do you have?
Amanda: We have 54 animals between the two properties and if you were in my house right now, you’d be quite amused. We have a lamb running around that was born on Passover named Moses. No spotter blemish on this lamb. God‘s got some sense of humor in sending him. We have a baby deer. We have pigs. I mean we have all sorts of animals. All come from not good circumstances that we take in.
Lance: That’s so wild. When Kim Clement had from South Africa had unusual animal activity on his property. Jane of course would have like 4 or 5 different dogs doing little teacup dogs all the way up to larger ones which is always amusing. But Kim had these parrots, the South African parrots and I’ll never forget the shocking experience I had. Slept over at his house and outside of my bedroom in California, there was this blood curdling shriek right outside my window and it said, Caleb, Caleb. And then, ah, like that. Like somebody was shot or killed. And I jumped up out of bed. I was running around the house. I was trying to see who got hurt or where’s Caleb? And Kim apprehended me laughing. He said, ‘Oh, we probably should have told you.’ He said,‘That’s a South African parrot. It’s outside but I guess it’s outside your window right now.’
It evidently heard Jane or someone yelling for Caleb and I don’t know what the blood curling screen was. And it hurt, but it was shocking and he had parrots on the property that just echoed back these. I felt like I was at Doctor Doolittle’s house when I was there. It must be a peculiarly prophetic thing being tied in with the animal kingdom like that.
Amanda: It is and it feels like Doctor Doolittle at my house as well and some of these animals just show up. I’m not kidding you. The Lord just sends them. Our Doug Grace who happens to land on my head or my shoulder at the most incredible times when I use certain words. Like Lord covenant all these interesting she just showed up five years ago in our hydrangea tree lost.No kidding.
Lance: I have to say you know say what you will our tribe is eccentric if nothing else. We arethe artist tribe. Alright, so let me ask you a question. You got, we were talking earlier and just reminded me about an email that was sent to you and this is a timely subject. Somebody had contacted you with anxiety that I was talking about you or perhaps about prophets that in a disparaging way. And let me read to you. Is it okay if I read this? I won’t mention her name. But I mean, I said, what are you talking about? And then he sent me the email and I thought, okay, that’s an interesting email. I wonder how many people feel this way. So, she listen to a broadcast I did and I was sharing about Mario Murillo who people missed this. But Mario really is a John the Baptist type evangelist. John the Baptist had a baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins.He was an evangelist with an Elijah anointing and so that’s a bit of what Mario’s got. They everyone calls me an evangelist. Hey, he’s got the John the Baptist type thing on him and it’s an Elijah mantle that challenges the status quo, challenges Herod and then preaches a baptism of repentance.
So, anyway, Mario and I were talking I referenced this and Lance began by saying he had concerns. Mario agreed with him and he went on to talk about second Timothy chapter 4 verses 2-4. I should have a Bible here. Don’t you think in. I probably can someone get me a Bible?
Amanda: Yeah, get one.
Lance: Grab me a Bible here. I got; I have a library. Everybody knows I’ve got libraries of thousands of books. I got Bibles from every part of the world. We’ll find one here. So can you read to us second Timothy chapter four verses two through four. Please Amanda Grace.
Amanda: I will. Hold on. You know what I’ll do? I’ll get I’ll get it up right now because I put the Bible down when I thought you were going to get one. Hold on. Second Timothy 4:2-4, right.
Lance: Yes.
Amanda: 4:2-4. New King, I’ll do New King James just for the sake of.
Lance: Anyway, these are when she quoted these. Hopefully, these are the right verses. Go ahead.
Amanda: I think they are the right verses anyway. What is going on here? Yeah, Google wants to be difficult right now. Surprise, surprise. Okay, I got it. “Preach the word, be ready in season and out of season, convince, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering, and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine. But according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves, teachers. And they will turn their ears away from the truth and be turned aside to fables”.
Lance: There we go. Alright, I found a Bible. It’s the size of a surfboard but I have one behind me on the set.
Amanda: Those are the best kinds.
Lance: I know. I pulled this one out of Trump Towers when I met Donald Trump to read to him Isaiah 45. Tell him he was a fulfillment of the Cyrus call of Isaiah 45. Anyway, you know who knows what he was thinking. He sees a guy coming with the King James Bible in a briefcase. Anyway, so Paul is admonishing Timothy and he says to him, “Hey, man take what I’ve committed to you and committed to others and do endure this this hardness”. Chapter 4. Oh yes, here we go. “Preach the word. Be in season and out of season. Be instant and reprove, rebuke, exhort”.
Now, look at this Amanda. There’s a role for the man or woman of God to have to not always say what people want to hear said. There’s an element of the word being preached that is a reproof. It’s a correction. It’s an exhortation. It’s a rebuke even. I was like, hey, that’s wrong. Don’t do that and then says, “Because the time will come when they will not endure”. Sound doctrine evidently sound doctrine is a rebuke and exhortation a teaching and a reproof it’s not always what you want to hear. But they’re going to heap up, they will not endure sound doctrine but after their own lust or their own appetites they’ll heap to themselves teachers. Whoo, having itching ears meaning they want to hear certain things and they find and locate the teacher who matches their desire for that message.
There’s more dangerous than, I would say than the period of time we’re in now where with internet particularly. People can find who is saying what they agree with so they can hear more of what they already agree with. Because if you’re heaping up a teacher that is saying what you want to hear, guess what you’re not getting. Reproved, rebuked and exhorted. Because the moment They do that, they’re saying what you don’t want to hear. So, you get rid of them and you go to find someone that says what you want to hear. And they turn their ears away from the truth. And turn to conspiracy theories, personal interpretations whether it’s visions or prophecies or fables which is concocted story narratives. And we’re living in a day of total concocted narratives.
Every time I listen to Biden talk. I’m getting a concocted narrative. I’m getting their explanations to why they’re using and weaponizing the FBI to go invade a former president’s house to shake down information and to try to put him in jail or try him. And now Biden this week and I don’t want to go down this road. I’m just getting there by accident. He’s doing a message in Philadelphia saying, Democracy is under threat because these democracy threats are the people that are trying to make America great. They’re a threat to democracy, the MAGA Trump fascist as he calls them so I’m saying CNN, New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, MSNBC. Guess what, Amanda? These people are heaping to themselves, teachers according to what they want to hear. It’s a global phenomenon. It takes discipline to listen to the information you don’t want to hear and weigh it out.
Now, you and I are talking about this because prophets are under a lot of pressure to constantly come up with new scintillating revelations and messages. And if you got your top 5 or 6 on speed dial, here what you can do. You can go from one to the other to the other until one of them has something that is a revelatory word and then we kind of live in this addiction of knowing things before they happen based on our prophets that are prophesying those things. So, but I’ll tell you what I’ll do. I’ll take a break, because we probably do a commercial break and when I come back, I want to hear your thoughts because I believe that a prophet is doing more than prophesying, predicting the future or giving you an interpretation of the inside message of what’s going on in America. I think they’re teaching. They’re preaching and they’re producing repentance and Christ in their culture and it takes time to cultivate a prophetic word when it’s an important word. It just isn’t popping out for today’s broadcast. Alright, we’ll be back in a moment with Amanda Grace.
Break: Everybody is concerned about what’s happening to the economy. I mean, it wouldn’t be too far conjecture to say that it’s almost as though America is experiencing a recession that looks like it could be heading into a depression. I’m praying that Donald Trump’s prophecy that you’ll see a depression that likes which you’ve never seen never happens. But you know the guy was unkindly accurate in so many things he said. That’s why I’m telling my friends to go to Birch Gold right now. “Lancewallnau.com/Birch”. Get the 25-page report on how you can protect your wealth. Protect your investments. Protect your IRA. Protect your retirement. The report that they give you is an explanation as to how commodities and gold and silver variously work during periods of time when the dollar is unstable. I’m telling you; you need to get the education. Knowledge is power. “Lancewallnau.com/birch”. You won’t regret it.
Lance: Alright, welcome back Amanda Grace. Let me throw this over to you and I’ve said a whole lot there but what are your thoughts on this? I’m reading the email you got and I’ll finish off the email so we could continue the conversation and what are your thoughts on this?
Amanda: Okay, my thoughts and Lord, I just pray you just lead me to wisdom, counsel, my power in the reverential fear of the Lord in Jesus name, amen and amen. Okay. Well, there’s a few things the lord has taught me about prophecy over time because he has to season us. He has to refine us so you learn more and more over time. First of all is with prophecy. God is the word so he’s going to quote himself. Scripture should be part of prophecy. Goes hand in hand. First of all, secondly, prophecy takes time to build powerful prophetic word that are really we’ll say a threat to the enemy’s camp, shining a spotlight on the enemy’s plans, things like that. Build over time. It’s not an everyday exercise where it becomes so generalized. It’s not prophecy anymore.
You’ve gotten minister before the Lord and spend time in the presence of the lord and let it build in you and let him pour into you and then speak forth the word of the Lord. And thirdly, God is the God of the whole world which means his eyes wander to and fro which means all prop is not just about the presidency of this nation.
Lance: Right.
Amanda: It’s about other nations too. It’s about other things happening on the earth. If that helps.
Lance: And helps a great deal. And also, I’d say this. I’d say that there are spheres of prophetic authority. So, there are prophets that are a prophet to the house. If you got a great church, you got a prophet to the house. Which, is I mean they’re reliably able to bring up the word of the Lord that is an exhortation edification and comfort a word to the house. There’s the office of the prophet which can have certain regions and cities or nations where they have a peculiar authority. Like the apostle Paul said, “Though I am an apostle to the Gentiles even as Peter is an apostle to the Jews”. So, they had a certain metron or measure of rule and that measure of rule is from the Greek word metronome. It gives you a rhythm and a cadence and a limit.
What happens is and this is my opinion, but I think it’s accurate is that the opportunity and the pressure of the prophetic is if you don’t know what your measure is, you can actually prophesy beyond the measure of authority or faith that God gave you. And now you’re prophesying into the affairs of nations or direction and correction and predictions where you’re outside the orbit of where God customarily has authorized you to go. He may take you, like I’ll go to another a country and I’ve been with presidents where the Lord didn’t give me a word and it’s like the temptation is to come up with something, but I didn’t. I didn’t have it.
And so, it’s a discipline not to prophesy when God doesn’t give you something. It’s a discipline to prophesy what people don’t want to hear. When I got the word on Donald Trump when Kim had his first stroke and I heard the lord say the next president of the United States will be an Isaiah 45 president and read that. Nobody really wanted to hear that Cyrus was the type of the next president. We had Huckaby. We had Ben Carson. We had Ted Cruz. We had people like Marco Rubio. We had Christians running up and down. And we got one guy that was on his third marriage in New York who everybody knew was from the apprentice and nobody trusted he was a real conservative because he was a lifelong Democrat. It’s called Donald Trump.
Nobody wanted to hear me talk about the Gods raising up an outsider. It wasn’t a popular word, but if you’re getting before the Lord, the prophetic word isn’t always what’s going to tickle the ear or scratch the itch. It’s sometimes is the word people don’t want to hear. Isn’t that true?
Amanda: It is true. I’ll give you an example. So, Passover 2020. I remember prophesying from the lord. You are about to see a baffling set of events leading up to this election and this election will be more baffling than the last. People didn’t want to hear that. That’s not a word people wanted to hear.
Lance: Right.
Amanda: But that’s the word the Lord gave me to put out.
Lance: Exactly. And sometimes when the Lord doesn’t give you a word it’s important also. So,like for instance we have a lot of and I don’t want to go into this controversy right now. But we have a lot of division potentially, I think the prophets are avoiding it over Trump’s role in the interim period between now and the next election. But I’m talking to Cindy Jacobs, to Rick Joyner, Chuck Pierce, to Dutch Sheets, they’re all prophets. And none of them heard God say to them that Donald Trump was going to be re-elected and put in office. And so, what happens is it’s kind of like what Sherlock Holmes and Arthur Conon Doyle’s story is the curious incident of the barking dog. Where there’s this break in that happens. And Holmes says to Watson. He says, well then again, there’s the curious incident of the barking dog and Watson says, but there was no barking dog Holmes. And then Holmes says, well, that’s the curious incident. There was a dog and it didn’t bark. That means there was no break in.
So, sometimes when prophets are not saying something, the church doesn’t realize. It doesn’t mean that they didn’t hear something, it means that they’re not prophesying something that Goddidn’t say. They didn’t hear he was Trump going to be reelected. They didn’t prophesy he was going to be reelected. But to the church community it’s like the only thing that they’re talking about is the prophets standing with the prophets that were prophesying Trump’s coming back in. Well, I can see Donald Trump coming back in 2024. And I may get in trouble when everybody says oh, he’s coming in before them. But I don’t think he is.
So that not hearing is as important as hearing accurately. So, you don’t say what God doesn’t say and that is a prophetic word in itself. But where are we right now Amanda in terms of would you say that the prophetic community and I gave you like a whole bunch of that I know of. Do you think the prophetic community is able to come together in unity for the nation and what should we be focusing on prophetically if there’s to be a unity in the prophetic camp?
Amanda: For First of all, prophetically, we should be focusing on the will ultimately of almighty God for this nation and who he wants in office and how he wants to bring them in office and when he wants to bring them in office. So, we have to understand that. God‘s ways are not our ways. His timing is not our timing. Some people need to be refined a little bit more before maybe bringing them back or maybe doing the next leg of the race that we are all called to run. So, we have to understand that first of all that we are supposed to be not only focusing on and praying for the will of God for this nation and the direction the Lord wants to take this nation. That’s what we’re meant to speak is the Word of the Lord right for the nation.
So, we have to understand that we cannot a rush people back. We cannot in our own humanness will them back and we have to walk in step with how the lord wants the plan and the process keyword to unfold. And we have to realize and the prophetic. Doesn’t matter how much pressure the people put on us. We should fear God more than we fear the people.
Lance: Exactly and listen man, I know what it feels like to have that pressure. Do I speak now as pleasing men or God that trieth my heart? Well, you know what? That’s a challenge sometimes to say what the Lord is saying and to not say what people want to hear but you don’t believe that the Lord is in it. I picked up a book recently. I did a Daystar broadcast with Pastor Jimmy Evans and it was with the day star Joni Lamb and her group that she’s got a woman that do a table talk. They were talking about Dave Wilkerson’s vision, which was kind of I don’t even know if you remember this. But it was a shocking book back in the maybe even the late 80s and the 90s and it was about stuff that’s like happening now. But it wasn’t a very edifying picture of the future.
It was about mechanomic meltdown and riots in the streets and the persecution of Christianity and he particularly had a category which I thought was funny. Because I work with Mike Lindell and he called them pillow prophets. But it was the prophets of the Old Testament that would lean upon pillows and cushion themselves and deliver the Word of the Lord. And he said, the pillow prophets are in danger of prophesying what the people want to hear instead of the truth that they need to hear. I’m wondering I don’t have the Word of the Lord on this yet. But I’m wondering ifthere isn’t an adjustment word coming to the church for the very reason you just said. The process is not just what is God doing in Donald Trump. Oh okay, the process going on there. What’s God doing in the church.
In the church I think that is, correct me if I’m wrong. But I think our disposition because we see the evil of what we believe is FBI overreach corruption in the Department of Justice. Electoral theft, lack of election integrity. We look at all this silencing and de–platforming the voice of the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop. Again, Zuckerberg having to cooperate with the FBI in suppressing anything that could affect their election. I look at all that and I go. No, I could easily prophesy about God‘s not going to let this rest there’s going to be a move of God and God‘s going to expose, expose. But I’m looking at Daniel’s prayers for his people when they were in Babylon. When they were in a period of contradiction, when they were under the thumb of an oppressive government and he actually was repenting. He was identifying with where the people of God had grieved the Holy Spirit.
I’m wondering if one of the words we don’t need to be looking at is how does the church not focus in righteous indignation on what those guys did that God‘s going to deal with. But what about us? Because America’s in the condition it’s in because the church for all of its vaunted strength and liberty did not arrest the deterioration of the country. We did engage ourself in political issues. Pastors to this day Amanda will not stand and actually preach like Charlie Kirk says, okay, if you don’t get involved with politics its thing but do you still preach morality? They won’t even go there.
Amanda: No.
Lance: I think there’s a hard word that would help the church adjust its disposition. So, we don’t become self-righteously apocalyptic about what the other side’s doing that God‘s going to deal with. But what about us? What are your thoughts on that?
Amanda: Well, I’m going to I’m going to compare it to something here. So, when somebody’s back is out alignment and they have to go to a chiropractor to get an adjustment it’s not pleasant, is it?
Lance: Right.
Amanda: Your neck is cracked, your back is cracked, you’re put in all sorts of uncomfortable positions to try to force things back into alignment, right. That is the crossroads we have come to as the church is that we have to. If the church continues to go down one road, forget it, it’s a goner. Most of the church is just going to fall off, but there’s another road here. If we allow the Lord to give the adjustment and the correction that is and a lot of these churches because you you’ve got like these I want to call like factions in the church. You’ve got a lot of lukewarmness and convolutedness and we don’t want to touch anything that’s going to make anybody upset or make them not feel good and you’ve got that faction of the church, right.
Lance: Right.
Amanda: And then you’ve got another faction of the church right now that is rising that is good and fed up with the status quo of what’s been going on in the church and they want to see it purged.
Lance: Wow. Amanda you’re right on. By the way, that word for equipping of the saints. The word is “Caratitzo”. It means to bring an adjustment like a chiropractor. The equipping of the saints is called a chiropractic adjustment of the body. Amanda, tell us about how can people get in touch with you, follow you, and listen to your broadcast.
