Kurds (Arabs, Christians, Kurds) are good guys who have a territory inside Syria bordering Turkey. They were our best fighters against ISIS and have 10,000 under guard to this day.
Turkey has a ruler who wants to be the leader of the Islamic Caliphate. He’s deceptive and ambition and the headlines are misleading. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is the bad guy who has blamed Kurdish armed groups for a deadly bomb attack in Istanbul this month, an accusation they have strongly rejected. He wants to expand his influence in the region and is picking a fight with the good guys.
Biden likes Erdogan of Turkey because he said they are all in on helping support Ukraine.
But their fight with Kurds helps Syria, who is Russia’s ally. In a sense, this is a self serving act that assists Syria, Putin and Erdogan, President of Turkey.
THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN AMERICA IS SEEN AS WEAK.
We hold the globe together militarily and financially. The church should be much more, not less, engaged in raising up and supporting the right LEADERS IN WASHINGTON for the sake of the world! China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Turkey all now push to expand their empires and exploit any weakness around them. Expect the same from terrorists within states and evil regimes who will manufacture reasons to be at war with peaceful neighbors in every continent.
Looks to me like the next phase of global shaking is setting in as we head toward the final 10 kings and the image of Daniel. The kingdom age draws near and so does Gods end time outpouring. “Ask rain at the time of the later rain.” (Zechariah 10:1) It’s harvest time. Will Jesus have any nations? Psalm 2 suggests the end time church will be the biggest frustration of kings not set in place by God.
