Hunter Biden’s Embarrassing CBS Interview (Video)

Some people are really good at lying but Hunter Biden is not one of them. In a duo of interviews with CBS, the first son promoted his new book and tried tackling his multiple scandals over recent years.

He appeared elusive as he stuttered his way through what was an uncomfortable conversation about his laptop, drug addiction, his job as an Ukrainian energy executive and the ongoing tax evasion investigation.

Hunter did not apologize for taking the job on the board of Burisma Holdings but did express regret for putting his father’s presidential campaign at risk until, of course, Big Tech intervened in an unprecedented way.

“I don’t know” was his go-to response to the question of whether the much-discussed laptop was actually his, although he admitted it “could be,” but he threw out an alternate possibility: “Russian intelligence.”

Asked if he left a laptop at a computer shop, he replied “Not that I remember.” His response to the follow-up question of whether he was missing a laptop? “Not that I know of.”

While apparently trying to elicit sympathy from viewers, Biden explained how bad his addiction was to crack cocaine saying, “I probably smoked more parmesan cheese than anyone– anyone that you know.”

Hunter said he is “100 percent certain” he will be found without fault regarding the federal investigation into possible tax violations, saying he is fully cooperating. He also denied ever giving his father any compensation tied to his business ventures.

Biden also touched on the most recent revelations about a handgun that was improperly disposed of before Secret Service agents reportedly intervened, an allegation the agency denies.

The younger Biden also opened up about other deeply personal issues like the loss of his brother Beau, dating his widow Hallie, and his relationship with his father.

Is Hunter turning the page on a dark chapter of his life, trying to repair his image, looking to make a few dollars on book sales or all of the above? Let us know your thoughts.
