Tuesday: Hezbollah calls for a “day of unprecedented anger” in response to President Biden’s planned trip to Israel, which has since been canceled. The terrorist organization also called for “resistance, victory, and retaliation.” “Let tomorrow, Wednesday be a day of unprecedented anger against the enemy and its crimes and against Biden’s visit to the Zionist entity to cover and protect this criminal entity.” “Let the message be clear that this is a day that comes after it on the path of resistance, victory, and retaliation for the oppressed from the oppressor.”
Meanwhile, protests calling for a cease-fire in Gaza have erupted in Washington, D.C. with many across social media outlet, “X” (formerly known as Twitter) calling it an “insurrection.” Additionally, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, who ran from Fox News reporters just last week asking her stance on the atrocities committed by Hamas, led a demonstration not far from the Capitol, accusing Israel of bombing a hospital in Gaza.
Police clashed with several outside of the White House on Tuesday; on Wednesday, a large group entered the Capitol protesting. Police have since made several arrests.
