FAKE NEWS: CNN Exposed by Project Veritas (WATCH)
Project Veritas is at it again, this time exposing CNN with a senior employee caught on hidden camera confessing that they peddle “propaganda.”
Charlie Chester, CNN’s Technical Director, can be seen on video taking credit for getting “Trump out” and admitting the organization fabricates news stories.
“If it wasn’t for CNN, I don’t know that Trump would have got voted out,” Chester says on camera. “No one ever says those things out loud but it’s obvious,” he acknowledges.
“For years, we’ve heard that CNN is the most trusted name in news but a CNN director is on tape telling us that they’re propaganda, helping a certain political candidate– admitting what we’ve always known to be true,” says Project Veritas founder & CEO James O’Keefe.
The hidden camera footage goes on to show Chester explain how CNN “created a story” out of Trump’s hand shaking by twisting it into a fabricated claim that he was “neurologically damaged,” even paying medical experts to attest to the “pure speculation.”
“Our focus was to get Trump out of office,” Chester confessed. “Without saying it, that’s what it was, right?” He went on to forecast the next focus of the corporation: “climate change awareness.” Asked if it would be fear-based, the senior employee replies, “Yeah. Fear sells.”
When by the undercover reporter who calls the shots on all of this he replied, “The head of the network… Zucker.” It is a clear reference to CNN President Jeff Zucker.
A follow up video appears to help the defense of Congressman Matt Gaetz as Chester uses him as an example of “propaganda” saying, “If the agenda say, is to get like– Matt Gaetz right now, he’s like this Republican. He’s a problem for the Democratic Party because he’s so conservative… So we’re going to keep running these stories to keep hurting him.”
