Evidence of Reform
Court decisions like the abortion case is evidence of Reform. The backlash is evidence of a public that is not yet persuaded. They are ironically reacting to the Supreme Court much like the south did to the abolitionist movement to end slavery. Same spirit. (Same party).
The driving force behind sustained Reformation is REVIVAL. A people turning back to God. This is the real battle and it is fought and measured in the language of Wilberforce, who overturned slavery in Great Briton. He saw the Christian quest to reform the country and bring it back to a Christian foundation as involving “a sustained pattern of PUBLIC PERSUASION.”
We are entering the era of Great Awakeners who are anointed to persuade by powerful arguments of the Spirit engaging the conscience of a desensitized and easily manipulated self centered culture. This will require a new anointing that I believe is being released right now to match the battle set before us.
