Today’s broadcast has some interesting revelations to unpack for you that have never really been taught much in public. One of the wildest revelations Lance ever got was from a preacher named Chuck Flynn, a prophet he met when he was pastoring. You don’t want to miss this vital teaching!

Episode Transcript

Lance: One of the wildest revelations I ever got was from a great preacher by the name of Chuck Flynn, a prophet that visited my church when I pastored. Hard to believe I pastored for 20 years, but I did, and that was where I met Kim Clement. That was where I met Mark Shirana. That’s where I met Randy Clark, Bill Johnson and I got some interesting revelations. I want to unpack for you here. Things that have never really been taught much in public but I want to give them to you here. The number one revelation is that, Jesus literally not only shed his blood but that in some mysterious way the Bible says that blood was presented before the throne of grace and that blood has a voice that’s calling you right now. Watch what happens when you get a revelation on the voice of the blood of Jesus.

The essentials my friend, the very essentials. Its great story is told about Vince Lombardi with the legendary Green Bay Packers. And this team and it’s prime was a force to be reckoned with. Each player was a historic best in his class and they were mauling teams as they just, and Lombardi was like the ultimate kind of middle-class laborer dedicated to football his whole life coach. Well, the story goes that they got themselves into the Super Bowl, but they had gotten a little too impressed with their greatness a little too fancy. And they were beginning to do a little more showing off and they were losing in the first half of this game.

Lombardi drives them all in, angry dad into the locker room. Tells them all to shut up and pay attention. He has something very important to tell them and then he asked the young man to hand him a football. He says, gentlemen this is called a football and he began to rehearse for them. The fundamentals of blocking tackling and throwing and running and basically, he brought them back to the basics and it was a moment of reset. Because they had so advanced that they were forgetting the fundamentals. I do think that there are times when as you go on in the Bible, you’ve been watching so many Christian preachers. Listen you got the best in class out there.

We’re talking in the studio here about TD Jakes like years ago he was preaching on the blood and different stuff like this. You’re watching, you can literally go now and Google. I’ve been doing this lately and I could go get the best of AA Allen, Oral Roberts, Jack Co. I’m watching the best of the best of the best lying in bed. I’m sitting there, like I can see miracle ministry. And what it does is it can actually dull you rather than sharpen you. Because you get a custom to that fine food, elegant food and you really can’t digest the meat and potatoes that puts you there. You got to get back in the gym.

So, that’s what we’re talking about. How is your prayer life? How do you pray effectively? How’s your word life? Do you understand this book? I mean I got Mercedes; I have a book sent to me every three days. Unsolicited. And then then I got to follow up. Can you give me an endorsement? And sometimes these are people I don’t even know. Sending me a book. I got toread the book or I got to use my name.

Mercedes: But we don’t do that a lot. So, please don’t encourage it. Don’t send it keeper normally I’m like absolutely.

Lance: Yeah and so here’s the reality. If I don’t know you and if you and I don’t have a relationship you end up going to the pile of books on my desk that I get from people don’t know. So, now that I don’t want to know you it’s just that.

Mercedes: There’s so many and so little time.

Lance: Exactly. So, here’s the point the fundamentals what works. Jim Rohn put it this way great motivational trader and speaker. He said, ‘All of life comes down to mastering half a dozen things in any field. If you go to the wealth mastery people, it comes down to managing, it comes down to mastering half a dozen things it’s the Preto Principle. Carl, what is the Prada principle by the way?

Carl: The Pareto principle simplistically put is basically you’re going to receive about 80% of your income from 20% of your audience.

Lance: Yeah, so Pareto is an Italian economist and political consultant. And in his research, he noticed that 80% of the activity generates 20% of the value and that 20% of the product line produces 80% of the income. 20% of the activity is 80% of the fruit. Therefore, you would ruthlessly start to eliminate the 80% that is unnecessary so that you could focus on the 20% that is. So, my question to you is if success in marriage, success in fitness, success in finance success,in prayer comes down to managing and mastering half a dozen fundamentals that means that out of the 100 things, you only really got to apply the 20% make sure, you know what that 20% is and then practice the 20%.

So let’s talk about this is a football fundamental and we’re going to talk about in the Christian faith we did a broadcast just finished one on praying and on words and on working with angels and on working with positioning yourself in the disposition that God listens to when you pray. It’s a lot. I encourage you to go to that broadcast. We just did it. I don’t know what we’re going to title it but it’s one you want to get. This one is going to be just on the blood of Jesus, because how many of you know that this is a fundamental theme that goes all the way from Genesis to the Book of Revelation. And in the next 24 minutes, I believe you’re going to hear probably two or three things you’ve never heard before. That’ll rock your world regarding this subject. But it’s all because the blood of Jesus should be one of your fundamentals that you work with.

So, let’s go ahead and start with, by the way what I want you to do Jonathan while I’m working on this. Want you to go to the book. Get your book by the way. Get your Bible. Don’t be sitting there lazy like unless you’re driving a car or something. Get your Bible. If you’re driving a car, I don’t recommend you stop. But just get your Bible and be able to write down some notes with us.Jonathan, I need you to go to the Book of Revelation where Jesus returns with a vestment dipped in blood. You’ll see it at the end of the book of Revelation and we’re going to go for that verse.Meanwhile, Mercedes do you have Genesis where Abel and Cain the first reference to blood.

Now remember man has sinned in the garden. The first thing that man did was he hid. He hid well of course there’s lots as we can get into here. He blames his wife; Adam blames his wife look the woman you gave me did it. Right away he starts blaming. God goes to her what happened. These guys are like they’re ashamed they’re hiding and they’re dressed in fig leaves. And God‘s solution is going to be to cover them in animal skin, which would require the shedding of blood. So, God saying, “To cover you for your sin we’re going to need a blood sacrifice.” Already the thing is set in motion for what God‘s plan is going to be for redemption. But let’s cover this first occasion where the blood is mentioned specifically, Mercedes.

Mercedes: With Cain and Abel?

Lance: correct.

Mercedes: Okay, alright. So, most people know the story of Cain and Abel, right. Do you want me to read the whole thing or just that?

Lance: The word of God young lady we’re going to the word. It’s like Carl reminds me, Carl what’s the story about what happened to me when I was doing my master’s degree work at Oral Roberts University Dean Matthews. How did he rebuke us?

Carl: I believe he said some to the effect of I’m hearing a lot of it is said but not a lot of it is written.

Lance: Exactly, I told my kids the stories. I was working on a master’s degree at Oral Roberts University and we were talking 7-Mountains, talking about left versus right, talking about gatekeepers influence remnants. I was developing my whole theology of sheep and goat nations back then. And the dean of the Bible College would who is brilliant Dean Matthews would come in every now and then he would be Vince Lombardi. He took my class which was made up of all these, we were all 40yearolds at that time going back to get our master’s degree. He’d say, I’m here a lot of brilliant conversations, scintillating, it’s curious, it’s interesting. I hear some of you authors speaking, but I’m not hearing a lot of it is written.

We all, our heads would all drop down like scolded children. Perhaps a little bit more of what the word of God says and less about what you think would be beneficial. Don’t you think we’d all be all chasing? So, let’s go to what the Bible says.

Mercedes: Alright, I’m going to read the whole thing, okay? So, Cain and Abel. This is going to be Genesis 4. Adam had relations with his wife Eve and she conceived, gave birth to Cain and said, I’ve gotten a man with the help of the Lord. Then she gave birth again to his brother Abel. And Abel was the keeper of the flocks but Cain was the tiller of the ground. In the course of time, Cain brought an offering to the Lord a fruit of the fruit of the ground. Abel also brought the first born of his flock and of their fat portions. And the Lord had respect for Abel and for his offering. But for Cain and for his offering he did not have respect. And Cain was very angry and his countenance fell.

The Lord said to Cain, ‘Why are you angry? Why is your countenance fallen? If you do well, shall you not be accepted? But if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. It desires to dominate you, but you must rule over it. Cain told Abel his brother. And it came about when they were in the field that Cain rose up against his brother Abel and killed him. The Lord said to Cain, ‘Where is your brother? Where is Abel your brother? He said, I don’t know. Am I my brother’s keeper? And he said, ‘What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying out to me from the ground. Now, you are cursed from the ground which open its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. From now on, when you tilt the ground, it will not yield for you its best. You will be a fugitive in the and a wanderer on the earth. Do you want me to keep going?

Lance: Wow and I mean it’s this is like profound verse 16 says, “Then Cain went out from the presence of the Lord.” And it’s probably one of the most sobering verses in the Bible it’s missed. It means that God withdrew his presence from Cain. Imagine what it was like walking in the garden when God, when he took it for a granted. It’s like having an air-conditioned house. And all of a sudden, the air conditioning’s gone and you’re in the heat of the day. Something changed in Cain’s life and it was because he shed his brother’s blood. The verse that we’re focusing on here is the voice of your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground.

When we go into Deuteronomy and into Exodus where the lamb is slain and the blood is put upon the doorpost in the lentils. And we start to develop a theology that there’s a sacrifice and that that blood is going to atone and cover for your sins. Going to cover you in the sense of cover and then cleanse you from the defilement of. It’s two operations there that the blood does. It’s a covering over you from judgement and then it’s a cleansing of you so that sin isn’t operating in you. But what’s interesting is that this idea is the life is in the blood. Where is that verse Jonathan? The life is in the blood. It’s in Deuteronomy I think. You’ll find it for us.

The life is in the blood.

So, when the Bible says that Jesus shed his own blood, it also says in Isaiah that, he poured out his soul as an offering which is to say that as the blood of Jesus was exiting his body. It was the liquid carrier of the very soul of Jesus, you could say, was being shed in that blood. The life is in the blood is where?

Jonathan I believe it’s Leviticus 17:11.

Lance: Oh, Leviticus 17:11. Where would we be without Jonathan? Well, we’d be we’d be lost.

Mercedes: As you have to write his recommendation for law school.

Lance: Yeah, I’m writing his recommendation for law school reluctantly as we sit here. But I want you to see this. This is so powerful. 17:11. For the life of the flesh is in the blood. And I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls. So, you see the connection here between life in the blood and atonement and the soul. For it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul,” very clearly. There is no, this is if you don’t mind me saying so. The false theology of critical race theory. Reason why it’s a theology is because it makes all sin predicated upon skin, the color of skin. When in fact the issue with God is the stain of sin is in the soul of man and it’s not external things you can do, that’s religion. It’s the cleansing by the blood that is the ultimate atonement for the soul.

It’s to me in the whole chapter there of Leviticus 16 is about the blood and how it was presented.I’ll give you an example of how meticulously the blood weaves into the narrative we’re talking about. Chapter 16 of Leviticus. A lot of people haven’t read Leviticus. Leviticus is not a popular book for people, a boy. It’s the code book. Chapter 16, now the lord spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron when they offered profane. Here’s an interesting thing. Two sons of Aaron, the high priest, who is the most holy man, they were both killed because they were offering strange fire on the altar. Which means they were mingling with forces with fire that wasn’t from heaven. God had supernatural fire.

The book of Pentecost, the book of Acts is about Holy Ghost fire. Supernatural fire was always part of the church’s history even in the Old Testament. The difference is, the fire was on the altar in the Old Testament. The fire is on you in the New Testament because you are a living sacrifice. You are carrying the Messiah in you. You are a sacrifice. Powerful idea and the lord said to Moses, tell Aaron your brother. Remember that Aaron was Moses’ older brother. Tell your brother not to come at any time, at just any time into the holy place inside the veil before the mercy seat which is on the ark lest he die.

So, now have the ark where the presence of God, the Shekinah glory literally resided as a supernatural illuminating light 24 hours a day. God says, I don’t want Aaron just walking in here whenever he wants to. Because once this thing is set apart and set up, he comes here when he’s authorized to come in. Because if he comes in at the wrong time, I don’t care if he’s my high priest. I’ll kill him. He’ll die. He’ll die if he gets it. It’s like radiation. Don’t come in unless you’ve got the radiation shield on. I will appear in the cloud above the mercy seat. Thus Aaron shall come into the Holy Place with the blood of a young bull as a sin offering and of a ram as a burnt offering.

So, now we’re finding bulls and rams and we’ll soon learn even goats and lambs. There’s different blood from different animals that will be presented, but it’s always the blood. And then it goes on to say verse 12. He shall take a censor full of burning coals of fire from the altar before the Lord with his hands full of sweet incense beaten fine and bring it inside the veil. He shall put the incense on the fire before the Lord that the cloud of incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the testimony lest he die. I can’t get into this in great detail here, but God is inviting you into a feast of insight into the supernatural realm of heaven and what it means.

But I can tell you this. Why do we worship? What does the Bible say, let your you come into his presence with Thanksgiving in your heart? It’s because the sweet incense is your worship and your praise which creates an atmosphere conducive to aligning you with what God is about to reveal on the other side of the veil. So, you want to come before the presence of God. You just don’t come blundering in there and rushing in there with just casually. You enter in with an incense of worship and praise as you go before him, then God shows up. Verse 14 says, ‘He shall take some of the blood of the bull and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy seat on the east side before the mercy seat. He shall sprinkle some of the blood with his fingers 7 times. Notice the number because some of you guys are writing to me. What about the numerology? I’m not trying to insult you but a lot of people are biblically illiterate.

If they read the Bible, they say that numbers is God‘s code for things. Numbers is a language. Why does the Bible say 7 times? Sprinkle with the blood not 8, not 6. Because there’s a meaning to 7, it has to do with the perfection of order. ‘Then he shall kill the goat of the sin offering, which is for the people bring its blood inside the veil and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bull. Sprinkle it on the mercy seat and before the mercy seat. So, shall he make atonement for the holy place because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel because of their transgressions for all their sins.’

Now look at verse 17. There shall no man in the Tabernacle of, there shall be no man in the Tabernacle of Meeting when he goes in to make atonement in the holy place until he comes out that he may make atonement for himself, for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel. And he shall go out to that altar before the Lord and make atonement and shall take some of the blood of the bull, some of the blood of the goat and put it on the horn of the altar all around. Then he shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger 7 times. Cleanse it. Consecrated and when he has made an end of anointing for the holy place, the tabernacle a meeting and the altar, he shall bring a live goat.’

And then, so now what you have is, you have the protocol for the blood sprinkled upon the altar these seven times. There’s a ritual, the incense and such and there’s going to be no man out there when he does this. He’s going to go all by himself. Why am I fatiguing you with these details? Because it you don’t know this, you don’t know what Hebrews chapter 9 means. When it says that, Jesus by himself went with his own blood into the holy place. Aaron the high priest had to take the blood. It couldn’t be his blood because he was sinful. So, he took symbolic blood. Jesus the Bible says as the true high priest goes in with his own blood and presents it to the father at the throne of grace.

So, now flip over there after I read all that and you know the life is in the blood right. Hebrews chapter 9. Go to Hebrews chapter 9. Flip over there, Hebrews chapter 9. Take a look at this and what are we going to find out about the writer in Hebrews who’s writing to the Hebrews. Which means that he’s talking to Jews here who have a certain revelation of these things that are kind of a mystery to Gentiles but the Jews ought to know it. So, we go to Hebrews chapter 9 and what did I say? Let’s start with 1, verse 7. Into the second part of the Tabernacle, the high priest goes alone once a year. Oh, we just read that.

One time a year he goes in and God has to open the door. God said, I’ll kill you if you come in at the wrong time. Not without blood. Yeah, we saw that, 7 times with his fingers on everything. For himself and for the people’s sins. The Holy Spirit indicating in Leviticus that the way into the holiest of all wasn’t yet made manifest while that first temple was there. There was only the high priest could go in with blood. The access wasn’t given to everybody yet. It was symbolic. Look at that word. It’s a symbol for the present time in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered and they cannot make you perfect. They can in regard to your conscience. They can only do the ritual until something else happens. It cleanses you.

But Christ verse 11. Watch this. As high priest of the good things to come with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands that is not of this creation. Not with the blood of bulls and goats and calves, but with his own blood. The high priest went into the most holy place. Not every year on one day but once forever.’ He only had to do it once. ‘And he obtained eternal redemption for the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer and the sprinkling the unclean sanctifies for the purifying the flesh. How much more the blood of Christ who through the eternal spirit offered himself without spot to God cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?’

So, here we find out that as Moses and Aaron took blood and sprinkled on the day of atonement all of the sacred furniture to go in. When Jesus died on Passover, he actually walked through the day of atonement as well. Which means that went into the heavenly courts of heaven with his own blood. Look, what it says here. Verse 12 says, with his own blood. Do you realize that Jesus went into heaven with his own blood? Why do I know that the blood was supernaturally retrieved? This will sound like some kind of crazy doctrine unless you believe the Bible. The blood was retrieved. How do I know that? Because his own blood is what he presented at the throne of grace. And he brings that blood before the throne of grace. And it’s his own blood.

It says in verse in verse 23. Therefore was necessary that the copies of the things in the heavens should be purified with these, but the heavenly things themselves. The actual throne of God. The actual place of God‘s dwelling with a better sacrifice than a bull or a goat. It would be the blood of the son of God. For Christ hasn’t entered the holy place made with hands. But the true Heaven itself he entered to appear in the presence of almighty God. Now we’re getting somewhere or actually this is a revelation feast. Christ goes up there by himself into the actual physical heaven. It says in chapter 8 verse 5, that the Tabernacle on earth was meant to be a copy of the heavenly pattern. It was a replica of heaven. It wasn’t actually the heavenly place. You can read it.Hebrews 8:5.

So now, Jesus goes in with his own blood. What makes this to me very interesting is when we go on in the Bible to see how the Bible calls us, scripture calls us to come to the throne of grace. Follow my reasoning on this. Verse 14 chapter 4 of Hebrews. What does it say in your Bible? Chapter 4 of Hebrews verse 14, 15 & 16.

Mercedes: Got to get there. I was looking the other side. 4:14 & 15.

Lance: Yeah. 4:14 & 15.

Mercedes: Okay. “Since then we have a great high priest who has passed into the heavens. Jesus the son of God. Let us hold firmly to our confession. For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weakness but one who has in every sense been tempted like we are yet without sin.

Lance: Let us therefore come boldly to where? The throne of grace. That we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. What is at the throne of grace? The blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus is at the throne of grace. How do we know that? Hebrews chapter 10. It says, this is all the code in Hebrews. Go to Hebrews chapter 10 verse 19. ‘Therefore brethren having boldness to enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus. Because you’re covered in the blood because the blood’s made atonement. What you have to recognize is Jesus went with his own blood. And his own blood is actually at the throne in the mercy seat. Which is why in a sense the blood has a voice. The blood of Abe cried out judgement. But the Bible says in Hebrews that the blood of Jesus cries out greater. It cries out forgiveness.

So the blood of Christ through the eternal spirit actually has the voice of God calling to us to come to the throne of grace. Therefore brethren having boldness to enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus to a new and living way. And then it says, ‘Let us hold fast to our confession. Let’s hold fast to what it is that we are saying because what we are praying and what we are agreeing with is what the blood has done for us. Don’t let your circumstances. Don’t let and come to the throne of grace at a time of need. You don’t come when you’re strong. You need grace when you’re weak. But the idea that his blood is there and that the blood is there. Flesh and blood shall not inherit the kingdom of God. The Bible says.

And I’m actually looking for the verse and I didn’t actually set it apart. Where does it say that the blood of Jesus speaks better things than the voice, than the blood of Abel. I know it’s in there. And the blood of Jesus speaks better things because I want to cover in Hebrews it talks about the voice of both bloods. The blood of Abel and the blood of Jesus.

Mercedes: You have it Jonathan?

Jonathan: Yeah we got it.

Mercedes: What is it?

Jonathan: It is Hebrews chapter 12 verse 24.

Lance: Hebrews 12:24. Let’s go there. Glad it’s in there. Well, not taken. Hebrews 12 24. Here it is. We’re coming to Jesus the mediator of the New Covenant and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel. That speaks. The blood has a voice. Say that with me. The blood has a voice. And the blood is at the throne of grace. The blood is at the mercy seat. That’s why the altar was sprinkled with blood. Now, remember this, flesh and blood shall not inherit the kingdom of heaven. Remember when Jesus returned to Earth to his disciples and he appears before them.

Jonathan, find the verse that says, for a spirit hath not flesh and bone as you see I have. Jesus returns and he shows his disciples, hey, it’s me and they’re stunned. Why does the Bible say that Jesus said, do you have anything to eat? And they have a honey comb, some fish. He eats the fish, takes a bite out of the honeycomb, puts it down, and disappears. Why did he do that? Was because he was hungry?

Mercedes: They thought he was a ghost.

Lance: They thought he would be a spirit. They would believe that it was an apparition but when they saw the bite marks, the Bible says, when they saw the honeycomb, his teeth imprinted in it. Almost like a forensic crime scene. They knew that wasn’t a spirit. That was a physical being that was here. That wasn’t a fantasy. But Jesus said, flesh, he didn’t say flesh and blood. He said, flesh and a resurrection body is a reconfigured quantum substance made of flesh and bone but no blood. Blood is for the era of man. What is where’s that verse found John?

Jonathan: Luke chapter 24 verse 39.

Lance: Luke 24:39. You guys with me? I’m telling you man. We’re going on a deep dive here. Some rare air here. Luke 24:39. My cousin Billy calls that rare air when he’s in the talking his financial secrets. 24 what?

Jonathan: 24:39.

Lance: 39. Let’s see that people. And as they says, as the disciples this brave lot were standing together. In verse 36, as they were talking Jesus himself stood in the midst of them and said peace to you and they were terrified. This is hardly, this is a sad commentary I mean these guys were not they weren’t ready to take on the Roman Empire they were terrified and frightened. They suppose here’s Mercedes point, very good Mercedes.

Mercedes: I just read it the other day.

Lance: Oh, well I’m giving you credit for that.

Mercedes: Thank you.

Lance: I had missed that. They suppose that they saw a ghost. A vapor like walking on the water spirit. They were freaking out and he said to them, why are you troubled? And I love this. Why do doubts arise in your heart? Because he’s knowing what they’re thinking is, man, this is a spirit. This is getting weird. This is like Samuel’s summoned from the grave. This is getting kind of out there. Behold my hands and my feet that it is I myself. Handle me and see. Touch me. A ghost, a vapor, a spirit phantom doesn’t have flesh and bones as I have.’ And then he says, ‘Do you have any food here? Now you see why he asked for the food? And they gave him a piece of broiled fish and a honeycomb. He took it and ate at their presence.

And so, after he has gone, hey, man where’d the food go? Where’d that go? I saw you give it to him. That wasn’t a spirit. That was an actual person.

Mercedes: Or even think about leftovers. What if he took a bite and left it?

Lance: That’s what I believe. I believe he ate the fish and left the bite and took a bite of the honeycomb. Yeah. He’s like my gosh this is it. Tell me what we and it’s 11 eyewitnesses. It’s like if it was just me or you, it’s delusional. It’s too much, whatever. So, but here’s why I’m saying, why would I be going down that rabbit trail? Because Jonathan is going to share with us the verse in Revelations. Now if flesh and blood does not inherit the kingdom of heaven and Jesus body has no blood in it. It’s a resurrected body of flesh and bone but not blood. Then where’s the blood in heaven come from? The verse is?

Jonathan: I believe it’s Revelation chapter 19 verse 13.

Lance: Revelation chapter 19 verse 13. Verse 11 says, Now I saw a heaven open; John says and behold a white horse. And he who sat on him was called faithful and true and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire. And on his head were many crowns and he had a name written that no one knew except himself. And he is oh strange clothed with a robe dipped in blood. His name is called the Word of God and the armies in heaven clothed in fine linen white and clean followed him on white horses and out of his mouth goes a sharp sword that with it he should strike the nations. He himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He himself treads the wine press of the fiercest the wrath of almighty God. he is on his robe and on his fire name written the king of kings and Lord of Lords. Beloved, he’s clothed with the robe dipped in blood.

Have you ever seen world boxing or have you ever seen the mixed martial arts? What does the world champion come in with when he comes in over his head? It’s the champion belt. In every Olympic sport, now we’re talking about the metaphors here right to the first century Christian. When the champion comes into the arena, he’s holding the champion belt. Mike Tyson goes in with the champion belt around his waist. The champion belt is the symbol of the conqueror who has beaten all adversaries and earned the title. So when you see Jesus with a robe dipped in blood. What that means is, he takes the blood that is at the mercy seat which is there. And now the blood of the champion belt is coming back.

He takes his robe. He puts it in the basin of that blood which is still there from 2000 years ago. He wraps it around his waist. He comes back to earth with the champion belt of his own robe dipped in his own blood with the title belt of the king over every king and the Lord over every lord and the conqueror over every foe. Now he’s coming to subdue. He’s coming back with the champion belt. That blood that is wrapped around him in perfect symmetry is the unifying factor in the overcoming church. The church that is the champion overcomers are going to be unified by the blood of Jesus. The belt is going to be the complete unity of the body of Christ that has allowed the blood to do the work of cleansing our thinking, our minds, our hearts, our attitudes so that we’re able to in a sense stand as the overcoming people in the last days, when the church has accomplished that work.

The Bible says that God is ready to avenge all disobedience when our obedience is complete. There will be a perfect work and the perfect fullness of time. I think in Ephesians, it talks about that the 5-fold ministry, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers are therefore the maturing of the saints until the bride, the body has come to maturity. There will be immaturity. The blood will produce a maturity and a unity in a people and then the lord will return. There’s a lot more about the blood of Jesus than we think.

Lance: I agree. Can I just throw a couple things in as you’ve been talking?

Lance: Yeah.

Mercedes: I’ve been thinking about different things. So, all the way back in Genesis when the Lord is speaking to Cain and he said, but if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. It desires to dominate you. You must rule over it. So, I think one of the most interesting walks with the lord is understanding the sufficiency of the cross and the blood that was shed and that my sins are completely forgiven. But the process of sanctification, the process of learning to rule over sin and it desires to dominate us. As you’re talking about Hebrews. Hebrews has this very challenging verse in light of everything that you’ve said and specifically speaking to Christians honestly.

I mean he’s talking to Jews here, but it’s a challenge to Christians in Hebrews 10:29. It said,‘How much more severe punishment do you suppose he deserves who is trampled underfoot the son of God and has regarded the blood of the covenant that sanctified him to a common thing and has insulted the spirit of grace. I think one of the biggest challenges to the body of Christ right now is kind of where we started and that is are you keeping Christ’s commandments? Are you keeping the father’s commandments and more importantly, are you endeavoring to do so? Because I think we can sometimes this message and I love the message of grace. Don’t get me wrong but more than anything, sometimes I see like we talked about last time, whatever you askin my father’s name will be given to you.

But the preceding verse in John there says, you want to be keeping my father’s commandments. He who keeps my words in his heart. Whatever you ask the father in my name will be given to you. So, it’s like are we keeping Christ words in our heart? Are we reading the totality of scripture? And to go back to Daniel in the last broadcast, are we even just aware of our own sin nature and a thankfulness for the blood a thankfulness for the cross of Christ, and not counting it as something that’s common. So, that was Just one thought I wanted to get in there.

Lance: Yeah and so to be really clear about what Mercedes is saying, it says here in chapter 13 verse 12. ‘Therefore, Jesus also that he might sanctify the people with his own blood suffered outside the gate. In other words, his goal was that his blood would complete the work of sanctifying his people which is cleansing them from all evil. Cleansing them, so that they would have a clear conscience void of offense towards God and towards man. I’m listening to AA Allen the other day talking about miracles. He said, brother, if you’ve got a cleansed conscience and you’re walking with peace towards God and you’re pleasing God. Then you can begin to pray and believe for all the miracles you want, because if your heart doesn’t condemn you then you know that you have the thing you requested.

He said, there’s a privilege for those with a clear conscience build your faith for miracles.Because you’re the delivery system for God‘s will on the earth that sanctifying the people with his own blood is part of the warfare. But I would encourage many of you, here’s my challenge with what you’re saying now. Sometimes you and I are on the opposite side of the spectrum, when I’m legalistic your grace when you’re legalistic I’m grace. So,, let me give the yin and yang here.

Mercedes: It’s both.

Lance: But yeah it’s both.

Mercedes: The law hasn’t been abolished.

Lance: I remember mister Escher, we’ll will end with this mister Escher in 4th grade we had the brothers. Jeff and George were absolute characters. They were terrible in school. They were twins and they both looked alike and they were both comical and they were both always in trouble. It was like a family iniquity, the LeBron Brothers and there was a beautiful, obedient young Jewish girl named Joanne Schultz and I love Joanne. Now, the LeBron Brothers would make mister Escher crazy. Mister Escher was the 4th grade teacher. He worked for my dad’s oil company during the winter or during the when they had time off. So, he knew who I was because he knew my dad.

Mister Escher got so mad at the LeBrongurns that he grabbed the eraser off the board and you know the eraser which you’d use with all the chalk and he said, Lebronrgurn and he took it he just lost his temper and he threw it like a man would at a kid that was just cussing in class.Lebrongurn ducked and it hit poor Joanne Schultz right in the face leaving a perfect yellow imprint like a tattoo right on forehead right at her forehead. She starts to cry and mister Escher is laughing and he’s apologizing because he realizes that this is what happens. When you’re preaching to get the goat, it’s the sheep that gets smacked. When you’re trying to hit the bad boy, it’s the innocent girl that gets the eraser and she got that yellow tattoo and a perfect rectangle on her forehead and it was it was comical because it looks so absurd.

I never forgot the name or the event because when I started preaching, I realized the lord said to me one day, remember that story. Sure as anything, when you try to get the bad behavior of the bad people in church, the people that are the most vulnerable are going to take it the wrong way. So, let me add to what Mercedes is saying. Not that you said anything wrong, but my eye went down to this verse and I thought I’d say it. Therefore, we since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight. This is from Hebrews. Let’s lay aside the weight and the sin that’s so easily. I love this language. God is sympathetic with you. It’s easy to be tangled with sin. You’re living in a day where sin is so easy on the internet. Sin is so ubiquitous in the way politics gets into everything. It’s so easy to get tripped up by hearing someone.

Listen man, we used to live isolated. Nowadays, you can read a chapter and you’ve got enemies with opinions about you that you don’t even know. And they’re toxic. Lay aside the weight and the sin is so easily ensnares and entangles us. God knows it’s easy to mess up and let us run with endurance. Endurance, you’re going to have to do this a lot. You’re going to have to get unentangled a lot. You’re going to have to catch yourself and go, that’s not right. The disposition of the Christian is I don’t want to sin. God help me overcome. The disposition of the person in danger is it doesn’t make that bigger difference, I’m saved.

I can almost say that person is running the risk of not being saved. Even though I have a theological argument with somebody but looking on to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross despising the shame and was sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such hostility from sinners against himself, lest you become angry, weary, discouraged in your own soul. Because you haven’t to the point of shedding your own blood, striving against sin. Don’t forget the exhortation that God‘s chastening you in order to mature you.

Sometimes we go through some experiences because God is dealing with us as a father and if you’re never chasing, the Bible says, you must be a bastard because if God‘s never getting in your way, get in your face. It’s like our friend Bobby Vitality, wonderful entrepreneur. As he’s coaching us in his area of expertise, he remind us. What is the highest form of love? Lord, what does he say?

Mercedes: What’s the highest form of love?

Lance: The highest form of love is what?

Mercedes: Discipline.

Lance: Discipline.

Mercedes: Because it’s the hardest thing to do.

Lance: Because it’s the hardest thing to do. I love that. Well, let me tell you something. Godloves you so much. He will discipline you but he’s not disciplining you to hurt you. He’s disciplining you to motivate you to be great. He made you in his image and he’s made you for much more than the stuff you’re settling for. So, lay aside the weight and the sin that easily besets because the blood of Jesus is calling you right now. I got my markers here. We went way over time, but if I don’t use the board, it was useless. Here we have heaven. Here we have the throne of grace. I’ll put the cross right there. I got red pen right here and here’s the blood. The blood of Jesus. What’s it doing? It’s calling. It’s calling to who? Who’s it calling? You and me.

And we’re down here on planet Earth. And we get sometimes in planet Earth, we get gunked up. We get ensnared with sin. We get stuff that gets on our feet. But the blood of Jesus is saying come, come, come. Because the voice of the blood is saying come. Come. Come. Come up. And what’s up there? It’s called the throne of grace. And at the throne of grace God will give you power. He’ll send that power right back to you to break you free from everything that’s trying to control you. The blood is calling you to the throne of grace when you need it, when you are weak. When do you need it? According to what I’m reading there, when you are stuck in some stuff that you need to get out of.

Go up to where the blood is because the blood is there to cleanse you, to set you free, and to give you the power to be able to overcome. This is the cycle of daily living. This is the Christian life and this is the voice of God speak. If you’re hearing any voice other than the voice it is calling you to the throne, to talk to your father, to receive strength, you’re not hearing the voice of the spirit, you’re not hearing the word of God. You’re hearing another voice. But if you learn how to do this you won’t be entangled with any sin that’ll be able to keep you from the power of Godand you’ll see yourself learning and moving in a whole new order of grace. Mercedes?

Mercedes: Man we got to pray the prayer if you’re listening to this and you don’t know Jesus. You never experience that grace, you’ve never known the love of the father, but you know that you’re a sinner and Lance we got to pray for him. I think we also got to pray for people in the church. Might be feel a little convicted right now. Maybe I have been counting the blood of Christ is a common thing. But that grace is there for you. That forgiveness is there for you. And it’s an act of turning away from those things. It’s a repenting of those things. Just like we talked about Daniel in the last broadcast. It’s a series.

Lance: Well let’s go. Let’s start praying for him. Which word do you want to start?

Mercedes: Hey man. You do it. You’re the best at this.

Lance: I’m the best at this. We went over in today’s broadcast folks. I wasn’t planning on going this far. But did you hear it? From the beginning in Genesis God said I hear the voice of the blood. Abel’s voice was crying out for judgement. Jesus’ blood the voice is crying out at the throne room. Forgive them Father. They don’t know what they’re doing. That blood right now is calling for you. Wherever you’re entangled. Wherever you’re overcome. Wherever you’re struggling. I want you to just go me right now to the throne of grace. For some of you, it might be the first time that the blood of Jesus is ever going to touch your life. Amen. We’ve all had this moment. When we first realized, dang, I don’t even think I’m a believer. This is all news to me.So, let’s pray together.

Say, heavenly father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Just repeat this. Repeat. I don’t care where you are. Say it. Say it at home especially if you’re alone. You should be bold about it. Father, I come to you. I confess that I’ve fallen short, that I’ve sinned. I am not the person you want me to be. I’m not the person I want to be. Forgive me by the blood of Jesus. Give me your Holy Spirit. Cleanse me of all that is not right in me. Deliver me from all evil. Fill me with your presence and your power. And I will serve you all the days of my life. Jesus Christ is my Lord and risen from the dead. That is my confession. And that is what I believe.

Father I pray for those that have prayed that prayer. Send your mighty powerful spirit into them wherever they are right now. Sweep into their hearts and minds and cause the fire of your presence. To come down hover upon them and begin to move in their body. There’s affliction, infirmity, sickness, or disease. Burn it out. Let this be the first miracle that they see is going to be the miracle of your mercy healing their body. In Jesus mighty name.

Now for all those that are already believers, thank you for being patient while we prayed for folks that don’t know Jesus. Let’s pray for you. Lord, I pray for everyone that’s hearing the sound of my voice. There’s division. Satan is sent to the body of Christ. In order to cut us off from one another and cut us off from the anointing. That each other carries. We judge disunity in the name of Jesus. We will not have part in the spirit of disunity. O God, O God, O God we reach out now by the power of Jesus name for a reconciling and a forgiving. If there be any odd in our heart Lord we forgive anyone that has offended us. We forgive those that have spoken against us and hurt us. We desire Lord to walk free of condemnation towards anyone. We hold nothing against anyone. We forgive all those who have sinned against us.

We ask you Father to forgive us for our sins. Forgive us for what we’ve done and heal us lord in our bodies. Heal us in our souls. Heal us in our spirits. And I specifically command demons afflicting tormenting obsessing vexing and addicting spirits leave, the body of these people right now. Leave their minds, leave the house the container of their soul, leave their flesh in Jesus mighty name. Healing and deliverance flows.

If you’ve had prayed this prayer with me and the spirit of God has been moving upon you and touching you. I love to read these reports. You can send them, just send them to “Asklancenoe.com. Give us your testimony. Annabelle will get it to me. Mercedes get it to me. Someone will get it to me. And I’ll get in touch with you. Asklancenow.com”. If God is healing you, delivering you, restoring you, reviving you, or saving your soul. Go there and I’ll follow up with you and give you some resources that’ll help you. Because we love the ministry of the Lord Jesus. This is what is our bread and butter. This is our life. Hallelujah. The word of God. Final thoughts Mercedes Sparks.

Mercedes: My heart is full. Just makes me happy.

Lance: Well, she’s happy when I do the Bible studies. Alright, we love you all. We’ll see you again on the next broadcast. Buh bye. Share this.

Lance: A few moments ago, the Lord just spoke a word to me and I had to go look it up and the word was partakers of this grace. And I went and I had to go do I went to Google and I found a word search. And here it is. Philippians chapter 1, verse 7. Paul’s talking about that, ‘He that began a good work in you is going to complete it. Under the day of Jesus Christ. God that started something off is going to finish it. For it is only right for me to feel this way about you because I have you in my heart since both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you are all partakers of grace with me.’ And I thought about that. You are partakers of grace with me.

Grace is the divine enablement of God that come to you so that the will of God can be moving in you and through you. It’s a supernatural empowerment. And Paul’s saying that you’re a partaker of my grace. The grace that’s on me is operating in you. They had a unique claim to Paul’s gift if you will, his anointing. And then I looked, I said, how did they connect with that grace And then in chapter 4, he says, no church in his chapter 4 like verse 15. No church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving except for you. No one ever partner with me and said, we’re going to partner with you Paul except for you. Now, and more than once you send a gift for my necessities.

Now, I’m not really just seeking the gift but I’m seeking the profit of the increase that’s coming to your account. I’m accepting and enjoying your generosity because I know that it’s going to profit you and it’s going to increase you. Because God‘s going to supply every one of your needs through that riches and glory. This is a unique promise Paul gives as an apostle to those that partnered with him that were partaking in his grace and the anointing him was in that church, the Philippian Church. It’s an interesting thing but you do connect with the grace that is on a ministry when you partner with it.

I want to ask you to partner with me right now. Partner with our ministry so that we can do the work we’re called to do. I’ve got a building I’m looking to get move out and expand and so that we can have you come visit us. We’re doing this broadcast. I really would love to be around our people. So, would you go to Lancewallnau.com/partner”, and partner with us. I believe the grace and the gift that is here in this ministry is actually multiplying in you and increasing in you. As you connect with us and we connect with you, we’re going to be connecting with the greater grace. Lancewallnau.com/partner”, and I thank you for your friendship, for your prayers, and for your generosity to help us do this work. It’s a joy to labor with you.
