Last week in New Mexico, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham shocked her state’s citizens by unconstitutionally suspending the right to open-carry firearms in Albuquerque. As of this afternoon, a Federal judge in Albuquerque struck down Governor Grisham’s suspension of the 2nd Amendment and blocked her actions. Backlash resulted in a lawsuit against her from the NMSSA (New Mexico Shooting Sports Association) on Monday, which demanded a TRO (temporary restraining order). Additionally, the NM Attorney General AND other *Democrat* constitutional officers announced they would refuse to enforce Grisham’s order.
