The 7m strategy came after my observation of how the church was not, as a rule, affecting the culture and it seemed like we needed more of a straightforward template to use.
The thing is, for decades, the church has been in a religious “bubble” where we stay in the church mountain, having conferences and such but we aren’t busy working where the devil has possessed the gates at the top of each mountain.
So how do we accomplish our mission? Instead of focusing solely on discipling souls, building churches and going on missions, we need to go into all the SYSTEMS.
