Speaker Johnson Outmaneuvers White House, Lloyd Austin EXPOSED By Tucker Carlson

U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) on Tuesday announced that any additional foreign aid must be accompanied by serious investments in America’s own border security.

On Thursday, the White House and Chuck Schumer tried to push their latest Ukraine package through the U.S. Senate anyway but fell short by two votes.

“Make no mistake, the Senate vote failed today because Senate Democrats and the White House continue to refuse to acknowledge this simple truth,” Speaker Johnson wrote on X.

“Now that Senator Schumer has demonstrated there is not enough support for his partisan approach, House Republicans reiterate what we have said all along: any supplemental national security legislation must secure our own border. The American people deserve nothing less,” the Speaker concluded.

The Biden Administration lashed out after the failed vote with White House staff posting the following to “X” on behalf of President Biden:

“Republicans in Congress are threatening to cut off support for Ukraine unless they can force through their extreme partisan border policies. It’s political blackmail, pure and simple. The stakes are too high and the consequences are too significant for political brinksmanship.”

In an incredibly ironic twist, Tucker Carlson took to “X” to expose Biden’s Defense Secretary, Lloyd Austin, for using America’s children as blackmail to get Republicans to approve additional Ukraine funding.

“The Biden administration is openly threatening Americans over Ukraine,” Tucker  wrote. “In a classified briefing in the House yesterday, defense secretary Lloyd Austin informed members that if they don’t appropriate more money for Zelensky, “we’ll send your uncles, cousins and sons to fight Russia.” Pay the oligarchs or we’ll kill your kids,” he explained.

The revelation caught the attention of Elon Musk who asked, “Did he really say this?” Tucker replied, “He really did. Confirmed.”

The D.C. swamp’s refusal to prioritize America’s sovereignty over that of our allies around the world is nothing new. What is new is a powerful voice opposing it as Speaker of the House. Speaker Johnson should be commended for instilling common sense into America’s foreign policy and refusing to rubber-stamp the Biden Admin’s multi-billion-dollar foreign aid request.
