Lance: Alright, you got your Bible? Let me catch up real quick with what we had last night because I don’t want you to miss this. It’s first Samuel chapter 10. First Samuel chapter 10. And it’s the story of your divine assignment. My research is particularly in this field of convergence. Convergence is the study of destiny. It’s your gifts, talents, abilities, and acquired skills coming together at a certain point in time in the timeline of God where you have enough integration of your character and your gifting and your wisdom, your maturity that God can begin to put you in the place of inviting you to join him as an envelope, inviting you to join him in the highest purpose he has for your life.

Now, God has this convergence is the technical term for destiny. How many of you want to fulfill God‘s highest purpose in your life? This is called the high calling of God. This is for the overcomers in the Bible, the Book of Revelation. This isn’t 30-fold or 60-fold. This is 100–fold. And it’s possible. Every one of you could do that, but in order the kingdom to come, something has to go and our problem is we don’t want to let go of things but we want the thing to come. You got to actually make room for the thing that God is doing in your life. Does that make sense?

So, you did the right thing by coming to church today. Convergence is when God begins to pull together. Your personal history, everything even the mistakes you’ve made is certainly a redemptive because every mistake you’ve ever made creates pain and pain produces passion and passion produces conviction. And when you’re talking to other people, you’re talking out of the depth of your life experience. Not out of a theory.

So, convergence happens in churches. You can have a church where enough people are together moving in one minor one accord that all of a sudden, they hit the upper room and in the upper room boom the Holy Spirit comes 120 people were in convergence with the divine appointment and the divine appointment moved them into a new phase of destiny collectively. The children of Israel crossing over the Jordan River with Joshua. That was a convergence moment for them as a nation. So, we’re Contending ironically at a time when Satan is trying to take down the United States distract us with an economic meltdown, global war, all kinds of terror, all kinds of energy government, all kinds of anarchy. This is not the time, sorry to say, when you should be focused on your exit strategy. You should be focused on bearing the most fruit before you go. That make sense?

This is the moment when convergence is happening at an accelerated rate. This means that at the time of chaos, God‘s actually calling in his generals. He’s actually doing upgrades. He’s actually promoting his people. This church is being invited into a moment and that means you got to be focused on the assignment that God is giving you. Then you have a collective integration of your gifts, talents, and abilities. I prophesy to you. There will be more songs written in this church that will be sung by the move of God on the earth because I heard that song. I said that’s a fresh song. Lord, I’m hearing you guys singing songs with look at those lyrics, mountain shaky things breaking revival and I feel like the Holy Ghost says, that’s the sound you’re looking for because every move has a sound. I’m always praying God raise up the sound for the movement. Well, here we are. Convergence individual happen for a church can happen for a nation and always a remnant goes in.

My statistics show me that roughly 80% of people miss convergence for various reasons. You know the number one reason why people miss convergence? The number one reason why people mis convergence us? They weren’t prepared to endure the contradiction in the process getting there? It not that anyone gets arbitrarily disqualified because of their age or ethnicity or their IQ. It’s because everyone that gets into converters has to endure a chapter of a contradiction. Meaning, things aren’t working out the way they want and it’s their commitment to God alone that pushes them in the right direction and that fiery trial, you could say a process refines them so that they actually work. 80% of people quit. They, oh this isn’t going to work and unfortunate. They might say, oh I can’t do this.

Well, you seem that however the devil can get you out of the game. It’s like ringing the bell in the Navy Seals. They’re going to try to get you to ring that bell. They ring that bell. They’re trying to disqualify you if it’s possible and that’s the devil’s purpose is actually to ring the bell and get you to quit. God‘s purpose is to make you a Navy Seal. Are you with me today? Well, I’ve only got 16 minutes so we better pay attention. So, we go to Samuel is called to his moment of convergence. It’s going to be chapter 9, and he shows up and he gets an invitation from the prophet. The prophet Samuel is going to anoint Saul to become a king and this is a word for all. This is because Saul’s a good indication. Saul’s a good study in missing convergence. He starts off right but doesn’t end up right.

“Tomorrow about this time, Samuel’s told, I’m going to send you a man from the land of Benjamin. You’re going to anoint him commander of my people Israel”. Notice two things. First of all, God gives you an anointing to have authority in the assignment he gave you. That means in whatever the assignment is which is commander, you’ll be anointed for that assignment. The next thing you need to see is your assignment has a specificity to it. “That he may save my people from the hand of the Philistines; for I’ve looked upon my people because their cry has come to me”. So is revelation in this. The intercession of the church is the cry that’s coming before God. How does God answer the cry? He sends a This may sound like the wrong thing but it’s actually a Bible thing.

Remember Ian Bounds said this one. So, it struck me a strange. When you pray and when you cry out to God, God answers you by sending a man or sending a woman. God‘s answer is going to be a servant who is going to be anointed by him to do what he, God‘s going to clothe himself in a vessel and now the vessel is going to be leading. Now, it’s longer a person, it’s a person wrapped up in an assignment. Does that make sense to you? So, the cry of the people is, oh God, help and God said, I’ve got my answer. It’s a young man named Saul and Saul’s going to be coming to you because his family’s lost their donkeys and he’s coming to you because he’s trying to find the donkeys as the tractors for the farm. But when he gets here telling the donkeys have been restored, I’m using the problem to get him to use. You can prophesy that he’s going to be the king. He doesn’t even expect he’s going to be the king. See why I tell you, you got to pray in the Holy Ghost because your heart has information in your head does not know.

So here we go. “I have looked upon my people because their cry is coming”. What’s his assignment? Get very clear on this. “To I’m going to anoint him over my people Israel that he may save them from the hand of the Philistines”. He has one assignment. Deliver this people from the tyranny and the oppression of their enemies. As long as you do that, you’ll have a prosperous reign and a successful career. You need to know what your divine assignment is. And your assignment is going to have a people group involved. Your assignment’s going to have geography involved. I want you to think of it because in conversions, when someone says, well, God called me to save the world. No, he didn’t. He didn’t even tell Jesus to do that. Jesus said, “I’m sent for the lost sheep of the house of Israel”. He had a specific people in a geography.

God can change it. God can expand it. God could put you on TV and give you certain nations but it’s always going to be God has a certain people that are going to be your target and how do you know who they are? Because they’re the ones that are coming to you for help and they’re the ones that respond to your anointing. It. You should be writing these things. I can’t believe people are writing these things down. My gosh, how could you not write that down?

God is trying to show you your divine assignment. Why would you want to know your divine assignment? Well, you’re indestructible in your assignment. A thousand fall at your side and 10,000 at your left. It doesn’t come nigh you. Psalm 91. Who says that? Psalm of David. Supposedly written by Moses and David also participated. What does that mean? That means people are dying everywhere but it’s not they’re not killing you. It’s not because God loves your little flesh more than anyone else because your assignment isn’t done.

Lance: The apostle Paul is on a ship. He’s on a ship going to Rome. A disobedient ship. A stupid ship. I’m going to talk about this ship in the next service. It’s a ship that represents the United States right now. It’s when you’ve got knuckleheads that are leading an excursion at the wrong time in the wrong direction doing the wrong thing. The problem is you’re stuck on board the ship. All these people that are cursing Biden, the man Biden. He’s not my president but I want you to think about this for a second. When I’m on a plane I may not the guy that’s flying it but I’m not cursing him. God smite him in Jesus’ name. Pull him out of that office. Remove him and give me the pilot I really want. God says well we don’t have to crash the plane to do that. Well on the other hand Lord mercy.

So, the apostle Paul, I’m going to go back to Saul in a second. The apostle Paul is on board a ship. The ship shouldn’t be going. He even tells him; oh, I wouldn’t leave if I was you. For I proceed that there should be much damage to the ship and damage possible loss of cargo. I’m possible loss of life. We could die on this voyage. Stay in the harbor you’re in. Oh no, the captain of the ship, the owner of the ship, the centurions, all the elites got together, talked to the service industries on board the ship, said hey, the fanatical rabbi here we got going to trial in Rome says don’t go, but what do you think? Well, I don’t like this place a better up the street. Well, you know, are you sure? Yeah, I’ll take a boat. Everybody, okay, we’re going.

How do you think Paul felt when they shoved off that? And it’s interesting. It says and a soft wind blew. Whenever you’re moving into adultery or you’re moving in of the wrong job, it’s always a soft wind moving. Things are always easy to get you in the direction the devil wants you in. Then, once you’re there, he clamps down on you and you can’t get out. So, they are into the storm. Now, they’re in this terrible storm. They’re going to die. Paul is praying. Paul is praying because he’s stuck on board their disobedient ship just like you’re stuck on board this 30-trillion-dollar idiotic economy that these people keep on going to the basement and running a printing press to create more dollars and it should frustrate you. I know that you’re going to tell me that you’re people of faith, but I tell you something.

There’s a word that says thou art numbered with the transgressors. That means you’re on board their ship and their experience is going to affect you too. It’s going to of you an awful lot of faith. Where before you had peace that you have to really go to work. What am I saying? I’m saying at one beautiful moment during Paul’s journey after they’d given up all hope after cargo and economics was being thrown overboard. After they were just holding on praying that they could make it through the storm. The apostle Paul pops up, comes up boarding and he’s full joy smiling goes, take heart gentlemen. And they need good news now. You didn’t listen to me before but he even says it to He says, if you’d listen to me, it wouldn’t be in the mess we’re in. He rubs it in. Nothing worse than a Jewish guy doing that at that moment. Should’ve listened to me. Nah, it’s alright. We’ll talk about it later.

Anyway, I was just praying. I got word. Here’s what the angel of the Lord came to me last night and told me. Told me. He said, Paul, you must appear before Caesar in Rome. You have an unfulfilled assignment you’re working on. See, all the apostles got murdered. It isn’t like he couldn’t drown. The other guy got sought in half. This one got burned alive. They all had these martyrdom deaths. It just wasn’t his time. Paul has an appointment in Rome. Some point after that, he’ll get beheaded in Rome but he’s not to drowned. He’s got to a here before Caesar. But I want you to catch in my own grim Jewish humor way is that your unfulfilled prophecies are keeping you alive in the shaking that comes. So, the angel says to him, you must appear before Caesar in Rome. You go back to Acts 14. What you’re going to see? Jesus appears to Paul and says, “Thou must appear before Caesar in Rome”.

So, he has a prophecy that is going to put him in a certain geographic location because God‘s going to have him in convergence in Rome reaching the Roman church and that’s his face in the future. So, what happens is you are walking prophetically when you’re in alignment with your divine assignment and your divine assignment in one strange way is wrapped around you and preserving you from what the devil wants to throw at you. On the one hand, you have increased adversity because you are a target-rich environment. The devil would like to stop you. On the other hand, you have more angels and anointing working for you. The good news is, life is anything but boring at that point.

So, we’re back here and we’re back here. Saul by the way, as it has, oh this is my favorite line. The angel says to Saul; therefore, God has given you all them that sail with you. 270 souls on board that ship. It says it, 270 souls. God has given you all them that sail with you. Here’s the beauty. A preacher should be able to milk this one. Up until then, he was stuck on board their dumb decision-making ship and he was sailing with them and they almost killed him. Now, that his prayer has broken through. An angel is on the scene. His prophecy is being activated. Now, they’re sailing with him. At some point in America, the delirious clown show that got us into this mess is going to be delivered because we’re on board the ship. So, they’re going to be sailing with us when we hit that point of crisis.

Now, you can see there’s going to be a lot of nervous Christians, all conspiracy Christians, all listening to other favorite prophets who don’t know what they’re talking about and all the news cycles. I’m trying to tell you the story, because this is the meta narrative. This is the arc of the prophetic story. Once you get the arc of the story, you don’t have to get all the details about who’s going to do this, who is going to do this here so and so prophesied this which is like the church creates an adolescent prophetic movement because it’s a gumball Christianity. It’s who do you hear, oh we’re always looking for some word of knowledge and some prediction that proved true and who got it right so we can go sit there and listen to them predict the next thing. Because when we hear the prediction it kind of alleviates our anxiety. Except God may not be giving them that prediction, they’re feeling compelled to give you something because the audience is training the seal and they’re trying to please the audience.

That’s how you get in trouble. That’s why the Lord told me. He said, “Do not succumb. I heard about Trump”. I heard literally, the next president says to me, Isaiah 45 president. Boom. That’s all I had to know. I went out there and said, Isaiah 45. I go to Isaiah 45. What do I find out? Isaiah 45? We’re going to find out that the guy’s going to be called Cyrus. What did I find out? Cyrus was a heathen. The Bible says, “I have anointed him to go to the true leaf gates of Babylon to under the belts of his adversaries”. Kabam, this guy is going to clobber him. I’ve anointed him He doesn’t know me. Isaiah 45. Well, this will mess up all your Betty Hinn teaching on the anointing. All in the Christ of Christ, you must be sacrificed. There’s fasting, there’s prayer, there’s death to self. Not with Cyrus. God took a heathen and said, that guy right there is perfect. He’s from Queens. I like his attitude. He’s got the right values. He’ll stand up against these people that Christians won’t put Trump in.

Now, you may not like this but I was saying this before while the guy was still on the apprentice. And I said, this doesn’t make sense Lord. You’ve got good Christians running in one hidden. Lord said, “Read Isaiah 45. You are more religious than I am”. Isaiah 45 says, “Thus says the Lord to Cyrus who I’ve anointed”. The Jewish people were in captivity. They were in a miserable straits. They were in Babylon for 70 years. God raised up a hidden ruler who comes to power. He hears about the prophecies and finds out Isaiah 120 years before he was born wrote, “Thus says the Lord to Cyrus whom I’ve anointed, though you did not know me. I’m doing this for my people’s sake. And if you walk with me, I will bless you”. Cyrus says, my God, how old is this parchment? 120 years. You got my name 120 years ago. Who are you? I’m Daniel. Oh, you’re Daniel. You’re the guy I’m keeping. You’ve been with five of these other rulers, right? Yes, you’re a Jew. Yeah. Alright, you and I are going to get to know each other.

Next thing you know, the spirit of Lord comes upon Cyrus. You can read it in chapter 1 of Ezra. The spirit of the Lord hits him and he realizes, I must release these people according to their prophets. They prophesied who I am. They prophesied my name. Another prophet of their, they’d be here for 70 years. They’re going to go back and rebuild their house to build. You guys, you’re unique. Go back, build your church thing, and pray for me because you got it together. Well, they went back. Cyrus was one that authorized them to go back and rebuild the temple. The Jews were all confused. Why would God use a heathen? Because God will use whoever he wants to use. And here’s the fun line Hayden in Isaiah 45. “After God drops all that wild prophecy on his people 120 years before I have to walk through it”. He kind of finishes off with this. “For verily, I am a God that likes to hide himself”.

That’s in Isaiah 45. “Verily, thou art a God that hides himself”. He hid himself and flesh and blood so that a Nazarite came out, a carpenter and unless you had the discerning, you did not know that that man wasn’t a carpenter from Nazareth in Galilee. He was the son of the living God walking in a human body. So, you got to be very careful what assessments you come up to when the spirit of God isn’t leading you. You can miss God.

Anyway, Cyrus comes along. Cyrus comes along. He says, “Go build your God‘s house”. They didn’t build the house. They build their house. They build their ministries and they build their business and so God sent a prophet. He said, “I’m going to shake everything”. He sent a virus and a plague on the land, shut down their economy and shook them into realizing God put them there to give him the church that would shake the nation. It was to be a house for the nation. It was to be the temple in Jerusalem. Once they got on board with what God wanted, they had an awakening. The word is “err” in the Hebrew. It means the stirring of God rose up and they came into revival because they were going to give God the Ecclesia that he wants. Jesus said, “I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it”. But what’s the Ecclesia?

The Ecclesia is different than what we’re doing. We’re gathering as the corporate Ecclesia right now, but the actual Ecclesia is supposed be located where the gates of hell are. And I’ll tell you the truth. This is more like the gates of heaven over this property. I’m over there at the tent. The anointing’s there. I’m over here in the building. I love this place. Hell is not in charge of this property. However, hell is in charge of a lot of your state. So, they’re going to have an awakening. They’re going to give God the house he wants. So, where’s the house? Well, the house is evidently there’s a house that’s local then there’s a house that’s trans local. Here we go. After the awakening hit, they started rebuilding the walls and occupying the gates.

Oh, that’s interesting. They’re now going to be in the Nehemiah stage. So, it starts here with rebuilding the house and then Nehemiah comes along and says start to restore what got thrown down and destroyed in the previous chapter of history. Marriages got destroyed economy got destroyed. Your border got violated. Stand for God to restore what was torn down. That was rebuilding the walls. And once they did that, then the Messiah would come. And the Messiah would come and the shepherd would come to the sheep. It’s to be a sheep nation instead of a goat nation. And this is like the end time channel. The end time Jesus coming back and all the nations are going to be gathered before him. I want my country to be a sheep nation not a goat nation. We started off as a sheep. We’re not going to be a goat. Just because men are becoming women and women become men doesn’t mean my nation’s going to go to the devil. Amen. The sheep doesn’t become a goat. This makes sense to you? 15 seconds is all I got.

So, here’s where I’m going to go. Saul was anointed by God here with the spirit. He was anointed to rule over the nation and the priest, the prophets anointed him and God told him to go to the hill of God where on the garrison of the Philistines was. Catch this. He’s told to go to the hill of God and there’s a garrison there. A stronghold of hell is on top of God‘s hill. Well, you’ve got Ohio State University. You’ve got the education system. You’ve got the government. You’ve got the media. You’ve got the arts entertainment from Netflix to Broadway, and you’ve got business. There’re 7 hills out there that the garrisons of the Philistines have occupied because the church was only occupied with this and going to heaven. Therefore, God says, there’s the garrison of the Philistines. I’m anointing kings to rise up in business. I’m anointing those of you to rise up in education. You’re going to turn the tables in the education establishment or you’re going to start competing schools. One way or the other, the garrison of the Philistines is coming down. That’s the Ecclesia’s job. You see, I will build my church and the gates of hell.

Oh, wait a second. Where are the gates? I’m telling you the gates are over here. They’re not over here. So, therefore, the church has to go where the gates are located. If two or three or four of you are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of you. God is going to send you in small groups as micro churches operating out of this mega powerful apostolic church and you’re going to termite the devil down by the inside out. I said, you’re going to termite the devil. Why do you want to do that? Well, because when the great shaking comes as it must, as the ship is going to be shaken, then they’re going to be sailing with you. Because your unfinished assignment is to take the state and take the territory God‘s given you within the state. There’s a certain measure of rule God‘s given you. I don’t know how much of it is, probably not the whole state but he can certainly occupy your Jerusalem. Does this make sense to you? Well, I hope it does because this assignment will keep you alive and it will crush for you.
