New Levels Of Anointing For Your 2023

Welcome to what I hope is going to be one of the most important Bible studies you and I have ever had together. We’re going to talk about what the Lord is saying in this year, in this season, and how to really fine tune ourself to be able to produce the fruit that the Lord wants in our life. I said last week that I really believe that revival can come by just us all listening more closely to do the adjustments, the spirit of God is wanting to make in our personal life. Focus less than the macro picture that you have no power over. I can’t make Kari Lake overturn an Arizona election if I’m praying for her. I can’t make the United States remove its debt. But I can pray. And I can pray with greater power over the things that God is causing me to pray for if I’m exercising dominion in my own personal life.

My prayers going to have more effect in the sphere that God‘s calling me to pray for. But if I don’t have any authority in my own life, what kind of authority do I have to affect anything else.This is the year when you build the boundaries around the vision God gave you and you occupy the territory God called you to occupy. And you advance and move out from there into the environment around you. It’s very practical this year. God‘s going to speak to you about an adjustment. He wants you to make in your own life, I call them constraints. Constraints are the habits of thought and behavior that are framing up on your anointing, framing up on your gifting, framing up on your calling, creating a peak as it were a limitation, a constraint or constriction like an artery that can’t get the blood flowing through it has to be expanded and enlarge. That constraint is the thing that God‘s going to put his finger on in your life.

It could be a little thing. It could be that some of you haven’t been faithful with your finances and giving the way that God wants you to and God‘s been talking to you about tithing or giving and you just keep pushing away Well, you’re pushing away your own breakthrough because your constraint has to do with your fear over money and that fear regarding finances is keeping you from hearing the voice of God in your life. That could be a constraint. It wasn’t the life of one guy. Jesus looks at him. He loves him. Very seldom in the Bible. Does it ever say that Jesus has looked at somebody and loved him? But there was a rich young ruler, he looked at him and loved him and he him to give it all away and come follow me. Do you realize what Jesus was offering him?

Judas was going to betray Jesus. Judas was the treasurer. The only people Jesus invited to follow him were the apostles. Jesus was inviting a future apostle to take the place of the failed treasurer, the rich young ruler who knew how to subordinate money would have been the guy that would have been on the ticket for Jesus’s small traveling band that he was training. Very seldom said, follow me unless it was to someone who was going to be in his core group and the young man went away sorrowful. Why? Because the money was a problem for him. Jesus put his finger on the constraint. You want to know what that constraint is in your life, my friend? It could be your fear of criticism. It could be your infatuation with your reputation and it’s keeping you from saying and doing what God‘s called you to do. I’m not trying to meddle with you now. I want to go to the teaching that I did last week. This is always confusing when we put it up on the board and show you but I’m going to give it to you. I got to redo it.

So, here’s what we were looking at last week. I’m saying that God has a new level for you and a crown right here. That’s where it’s going to be. It’s right up there and we do the lot of this teaching here with our level ten teaching but right now, what I’m going to do is we’re going to say this axis here is results or fruit. This axis over here is time. You got a certain amount of time in life in which you grow, grow, grow, you hit your maximum capacity, you plateau, you plateau, and then you decline. This is the life cycle of a company, the life cycle of a product. So, the Coca Cola or the empires, United States, Great Britain and they plateau and then decline.

Now occasionally there’s some innovative soul who figure this out who says, wait a second, if I can anticipate where that plateau is, maybe I could start to make some adjustments because I see a future. I see a higher level. I see that we can get more results and we can extend the timeline of our existence. As a company as a church. We don’t have to plateau with old people and then decline and then nobody’s coming to church. They all died out and we sell it to, make it a CVS. No, no. What we could do is we could start to make some adjustments on the plateau. Now, when we make the adjustment, it’s called, we’re going to identify what the constraints are. What the constrictions are that are keeping us from this higher level.

The only problem is, we’re going to have to be comfortable practicing until we get that constraint and boom, we breakthrough and we have a new plateau. Look at how that goes and then if you’re lucky, someone there will go and they’re going to break it. Every generation doesn’t have to die short of its full potential. It has to be willing to endure the contradiction. The contradiction is the period of time in which you’re learning the new skill. Money, confession, healing, anointing, overcoming the devil. And you know what big problem is? Let me tell you what the big problem is people want to go, oh, they just want to zap they just want to go lay hands on me like Rick Joyner says you want to annoy a guy like Rick Joyner spends his whole life working on being.He’s one of the top authors best-selling Christian authors in history wrote the final quest etcetera.He says, ‘People come up to him and say lay hands on me, so I can get your gift.’ He goes, ‘You don’t lay hands on people and impart to them the gift if you’re Tiger Wood you don’t lay hands on them and say, here’s my skill.’ Because skill is developed.

So, what I’m showing you here is whatever constraints are holding you at this plateau. Now, Godis saying, I want to kick you up to another level. You’re going to have to identify the constraint and then here’s what we talked about. If you want to operate that higher level and you’re at this level, you’re going to have to stretch. Where are you going to stretch? You’re going to have to have knowledge or learn something you didn’t know. All constraints are specific habits of thinking and behaving. They’re not external. It’s like money is a constraint. No, money isn’t a constraint. Ideas are a constraint. You don’t know the idea and how to sell it to get the money. Knowledge, understanding knowledge. “My people perish for lack of knowledge”. And then there’s the skill. It takes time to master the new ability. And then, down here on the foundation of it is the attitude or you could say the emotional intelligence.

Christianity would call it the character of what? Perseverance is going to take perseverance to learn what you’re missing and then apply your strength until you’ve been able to handle that period of contradiction, boom, and breakthrough into the acquisition of the new skill. In any newtalent, we’re going to talk about having a devotional like this year that pays off. Lot of people know prayer changes things and they don’t pray. How about this? How about God won’t let you criticize anything or anyone you haven’t prayed for first. Well, we all be half quiet. You’re not allowed to talk negatively about anything you haven’t paid a price to critique. Have you invested, have you prayed for? Jesus could go and rebuke the Pharisees because well, because his whole life was being sent to die on behalf of fallen humanity so he had the right to go ahead and criticize it. But what you learn is that growth at these new levels always come on a plateau. Want you to see how this works. You’re going to be practicing. You practice on the plateau. You practice in prayer. You practice on the keyboard. I’ll show you the piano. You practice in worship. You practice in the prophetic.

I said last week, Kim Clement gave me a great gift. He said that when he started a youth minister in South Africa, he was not hearing God accurately. He was practicing and he would go to the altar. His altar calls were a great place to practice. He’d say, is there a pain like right now on this side of your body? No, don’t worry about it. No problem. How about you over here? He was trying to get his radar acclimated. He was hearing and sensing something. He’s trying to figure out how to connect what he’s getting with the right person he’s getting it for and you have to be willing to fail or look bad in order to look good. That’s something you don’t hear people tell you.

You see a person in mastery on a platform. Well, where do they go to practice? It’s kind of hard.Once you’re in the public gaze, you should be thanking God. People are aren’t watching you right now. You can go practice. Plateaus are where you practice and then suddenly what happens is you kick up to a new level. It’s a weird thing but anyone that does mastery in any field knows that suddenly, they just went a level high. They just kicked up like people will tell me and I don’t mean to be self-referencing here, but I have to say it. People say, ‘Hey, you’re operating at a whole new level. I didn’t notice it. Well, you’re operating in a new level. I can see the new level of anointing. You got a new level of authority.’ I don’t know what they’re talking about. You know why? I’m so in the practice here. I didn’t pick it up when I start. They noticed it because they’re coming. It’s kind of like looking at people. Kids that are growing up. You haven’t seen them in years or look how they’ve grown. Well, the parent maybe is looking not seeing it so conspicuously because it’s incremental but you see them a year later or once a year, you’re with the nephews or the kids are like, whoa, look at it or look who’s getting older. People got older too. So, getting older. I’m getting up there, huh? I’m getting older. I got to constantly have pictures update. I got these great looking pictures of me but I didn’t have gray sidewalls here.

Well anyway, practice on the plateau. Suddenly, you go to the next level in anointing and you may not even be aware of it, but you’re going to start getting new results. But guess what? You have to continuously do the discipline on the plateau. Don’t stop the prayer life. Don’t stop the word life. That’s what the lord is telling me. He’s saying, son, take heed that while you are giving oil and dispensing oil to others that you are partaking yourself. You see everything about that you got the five wise virgins and the five foolish virgins. And the foolish ones were told, go buy oil. So, they take off to get oil and evidently there’s somebody out there like opens up his jacket here. I got all kinds of oil here, what kind of oil do you want. I got oil for granted, oil for the rapture, oil for revelation, oil for prosperity, oil for deliverance. There’s a guy to Benson Oil who’s not even going. That’s scary. Hey, Jesus says, “They’re going to appear before me and they’re going to say, Lord, why are you upset with us? Did we cast out devils? Did we prophesy?” You don’t get any more Pentecostal folks than prophesying and casting out devils and Jesus going to say, “I never even knew you”. I’ll put the fear of God on you.

Alright. So, let’s get back to our message. This year, the Lord wants to put his finger on the constraint that’s in your life so that you can break through and go to the next level and he’s going to show you what it is. It’s not going to be hard to find out, because the Holy Spirit’s not you have to go to a scavenger hunt. You just have to get quiet before him. And I showed you one of the keys to getting before the lord is getting to his presence. The word that the lord gave me is what I speak, what you hear whispered in the ear proclaimed upon the housetops. My greatest breakthroughs in ministry were when I heard about Donald Trump in 2015. Well, everybody’s brothers prophesying about Trump since then but I was the guy that’s I kicked it off. It was me and Kat Kerr was the other person I heard mentioned Trump and then she went a little too far and went with Trump two terms and Mike Pence two terms. I don’t think Mike Pence is going to get two terms, but it’s okay. But and it was Jeremiah Johnson who’s another guy, young prophet, who sent me a picture of Donald Trump, 45th president of the United States.

When I saw that picture, it was in a post he put out, boom, the spirit of God hit me and the Lord said, “The next president of the United States is going to be on Isaiah 45 president”. It was a whisper in my ear. I go look up Isaiah 45. Cyrus, I start talking about Cyrus. Sorry, next thing you know, Cyrus takes off. Trump becomes a prophetic subject matter. People that were against him, like it’s interesting. Johnny Enloe’s first take on Trump was negative. I mean, first post I’m reading all the prophet friends of mine his first thing was he’s bloviating, blow hard and it’s like he was like totally against him. Because I think because Johnny has a Hispanic background,speaks very fluent Spanish by the way. I think he was offended by Trump’s comment about,they’re not sending their best, which is interesting insight as to how principalities work.

The spirit principality realm really does reach in in a much more profound level to your DNA,your genetic makeup. Unless you really push that thing out of your thinking you could fall prey to it now Johnny and Lo did. Because they know so he starts getting God speaks about Donald Trump and so boom, he’s on Trump. Thank God for that, because I needed some other prophets that were in agreement that Trump wasn’t the devil. So anyway, what I’m saying is it was a whisper. I wasn’t like then now that you make a mistake now because so many prophets so many people are like a cottage industry are predicting the future and people come and the audience makes it worse. It’s like they want to know. So, they get clicks and likes and money, because people are heaping up to themselves. People that they want to hear talk about the future. Then you get into the QAnon and in conspiracy zone and you go down that rabbit hole.

Let me tell you what the Lord said to me. “Pull out of it boy. Pull out of it, Lance. Don’t go there”. Because I’m going to whisper things in your ear and you can’t hear it if you’re caught in the news cycle of things, I give you authority over. The Lord says, “What I tell you in the dark speaking the light”. Okay Lord, okay. What you tell me in the dark, speaking the light. So, that means I’m going to have to turn off the distractions. I’m going to have to go into the dark room where the picture develops, I got to go before the Lord. I have to get into his presence. I’m praying for all my fellow ministries and friends and people that God will cause us to all raise our game to hear at a higher level, higher level. Because we’ve all got these areas. I got them too. The blind spot has got to be dealt with. God‘s got to take us to the place where we’re hearing what he says.

Now, Jesus goes on to say, he who receives you, receives me. Verse 40, “He who receives me, receives him who sent me”. See, when you say what God puts in your mouth, when you hear what God is saying and you say it, then, whoever receives what you’re saying isn’t really receiving you, they’re receiving the revelation of the Holy Spirit that God gave you. Who receives me receives him who sent me, and if they receive you, they’re receiving the Jesus that sent you. Think about this. You listen to what the father’s telling you. It may be dark out there but that’s the time when according to Jesus what I tell you in the dark. Speaking of light. In other words, it’s when the lights are out that God‘s talking to you.

Now, I want you to see this other very important verse. In Matthew chapter 10 verse 11, “If they receive you, they receive him who sent you”. Now, Jesus goes on to say, when you enter into a city, verse 11, inquire who in it is worthy and stay at his house until you leave that city. As you enter the house, give it your greeting. If the house is worthy, give it your blessing of peace. If it’s not worthy, take back your blessing of peace. Here does not receive you nor heed your words as you go out of the city. Shake the dust off your feet. I say to you it’s going to be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgement than for that city, than for that house, than for those people. Here’s the point. “He who receives you receives him and if they receive you, let your peace come upon them”. This is a wild thought. You’ve got a realm of peace.

Now, stay with me here because you’re going to be increasing. You’re going to increase this year in peace as you increase in authority. As you increase in intimacy. You’re going to increase in peace. You’re going to go up to another level and another level and another level of peace and authority and intimacy in this year. Now, watch how this works. When you walk into that environment, you’ve got the peace of God on you. If they receive you, then the peace of Godcomes over them and you. If they don’t receive you, the peace of God still comes back to you. You never let go of your peace because of the reaction of someone else. This ain’t go happen overnight. But the apostles were told, hey, shake it off, shake it off. What is it? It’s like a physical action to shake off the dust.

Meaning without getting too deep on this, Jesus is saying, keep the anointing on you. It’s almost Calvinistic. The Calvinist have a real advantage in a lot of this, because they believe there’s certain people preordained to eternal life. If we really believe that we’d be talking to people all the time about getting saved, because whoever’s heart the lord opens is going to get saved and if God didn’t open their heart they’re not going to get saved. It’s really not about you it’s about you just sharing and God opening them up. You don’t God doesn’t do his part, but you just talk it. God opens up their heart. It’s kind of an interesting theory and there’s an argument. It’s biblical too. The Lord opens up people’s hearts to hear but if you really believe that, then if they don’t receive you, well, God didn’t they’re obviously not probably not ordained a life. They’re probably God didn’t doing something with them. The Father’s not drawing them but he is drawing this one. So, someone here is going to receive what you’re saying. Someone’s peace is going to be is going to hook up to your anointing and the peace that’s on you will be on them.

Now, just catch me for seconds. Got 5 minutes. I want to show you what this is biblically. Your peace comes on them and can take authority over the demons tormenting that if they receive you, they receive Jesus. It’s all connected, all connected. Want you to go to first Samuel 16 and see what I mean. First Samuel 16, I don’t think I could do these Bible studies in half an hour. I’m trying. I don’t think half hours working. That’s why Kenneth Coleman does an hour at least when he’s doing crusades. He’s out there talking for an hour and a half, two hours and that not that I’m running out of materials just that there’s so much here. First Samuel 16, take a look at this. The spirit of the lord the anointing comes upon David. And now the spirit of the lord departed from Saul and an evil spirit came upon him that terrorized him. Saul’s servants then said to him,“Behold now an evil spirit from God is tormenting you. Let our Lord now command your servants who are before you.” Verse 16 of first Samuel chapter 16. “Let us look for someone who’s a skillful player and a harp and it shall be that when the evil spirit from God is on you”.

He’ll play with his harp and you’ll be well. It’ll be well with you when he plays. When he plays, the anointing on him will bind the devil that’s on you. If they’ll submit to what you’ve got, Jesus in you will bind the devil off of them. This is a powerful concept. If you have faith to receive it, you’ll activate it. Some of you need just it’s a video. Rewind what I just said. Rewind it and catch it.

Because he who receives you receives him who sent you. If they receive you, they receive the peace of God that’s on you and the peace of God that’s on you will deliver them from the torment. So, then one guy goes and say,hey, I found David. He’s the guy. I found him. Favor opened up a door of access into the government political realm and it was through the music ministry of all things.

So, David came to Saul and attended him and Saul loved him greatly and he became his armor bearer. So, it came about in verse 23, that whenever the evil spirit from God came to Saul, David would take the harp, play it with his hand, and Saul would be refreshed and be well and the evil spirit left him. Do I need to draw you a picture on the board? I don’t think I have to. Picture of David. I’ll do it next week. David comes into Saul’s presence. An evil spirit tormenting Saul. But the anointing on David comes over Saul and the peace of God drives the demon away. When you go in as a consultant, when you go in as a person in business, when you people come into your presence, you have an embassy around you in the spirit. Mark your territory. When they come into your zone, they’re in your embassy. You have authority over the spirits that are on them talking to them and they have a peace when they’re with you. And it’s well.

You know that song, It Is Well with My Soul was written by a man HD Spafford. It was written as he was going over the Atlantic Ocean in a place where his wife and his daughters had died in a boating accident. And as he went over that place the captain of the ship came to his cabin and knocked on the door and said, ‘Spafford, this is the spot.’ And that night he penned these words about the peace of God and being well. When peace like a river attendeth my way and sorrows like sea billows roll, whatever my life you have taught me to say even so. It is well with my soul and it is well with my soul. It is well, it is well with my will soul. Satan may buff it, and trials they surely come but let this one blessed assurance keep control. Listen to this. The Christ has regarded my helpless state and he shed his own blood for my soul.
